Emperor: Rise of the Middle Kingdom was a fantastic game. I wish someone would do a sequel or even just update the graphics a bit. http://emperor.heavengames.com/
The Fox girl does a lot of the art in Elemental. Pretty much all the icons, spell icons, ability images, etc.
Well, she has outdone herself with Fallen Enchantress in any event. :) The game looks great. Beta please! :P
Quoting Thormodr, reply 32Stardock looks like a really fun place to work. Stardock is a great place to work! And I'd like to point out that Toby is wearing girls pants, and Shafer didn't dress up (Boo!).
It's one of the reasons that Stardock impresses me so much. Really decent fun loving people. You guys remind me of Runic Games
quoting post Let me put it another way, in 2012, if you want to play a modern PC, turn-based fantasy strategy game. Fallen Enchantress better be the #1 choice, by far, or we failed. How many modern turn based fantasy strategy games are there? Isn't it just Elemental and Heroes? Semantic nitpicking aside, I sincerely hope that Fallen Enchantress

How about cloning an opposing unit as a spell? Or maybe a certain race could have a doppelganger as a unit? More Magic the Gathering influence please. :P

The game being more like Civ is a step in the right direction. After all, Master of Magic was based off of Civ in the first place. E:FE is supposed to be more in line with Master of Magic than E:WOM was. Therefore, I think it's a good thing. :)
Definitely a wrong turn somewhere. I appreciate humor as much as the next guy and this is a fantasy game, but some comments here are just a bit much. If this is the route that Stardock is taking the game, I will just have to look elsewhere for my games. This is just too juvenile.
If they had a guillotine in the game would that be too juvenile as well? Nothing wrong with a bit of the macabre. It's not

I would guess because he's doing what he loves for a living and Fallen Enchantress is starting to look like the game he had envisioned for EWoM. In other words, a game truly worthy of being considered a successor game to MoM. (Not that I think EWoM isn't too bad right now.) Keep on smiling Brad. [e digicons][/e]
OKaaaay...I think. Going after the 9 year olds now, are we?
Uhhh...the game is rated Teen with blood and Fantasy Violence. At least E:WOM is anyway. So, I can't see how they could be targeting 9 year olds. On another note, love the cabbage farm. Looks pretty cool. :)

Very happy to hear that there will be random events in the game. I do hope that there will be slightly more common random events that happen as well as the rare ones though. Well, at least the possibility to easily mod them in anyway. Fantastic art as well.

Very encouraging update. I very much approve of some more Civ influence being added. Thanks Jon. It looks like you will have to make some interesting decisions which I like. I also like that an individual city will feel more unique and that there will be some balance between big and small empires. Keep up the good work. :)

Looks really good. The game is looking like it will be really polished, challenging and fun. I also appreciate the idea of not hyping the game but letting the game speak for itself. Keep up the good work. Can't wait for the Beta but take all the time that you need. :)

I was on the fence about the game but now I won't be buying it. Region locking, online play only, no single player campaign, auction houses that legitimize Chinese goldfarmers, pay to win structure, no mods, etc. DiabWow/Blizzard has jumped the shark. People can laugh at me all they want but I'm sticking with Torchlight II. No region locking, offline play is fine as well as Lan play and online play, single player is fine, no auction house
