I have to say i think i liked it the old way as well. I would like to be able to choose where to put my cities to seal choke points or to gather specific resources. Reverting back to this way i think would add a bit of strategic depth.
If i remember correctly they are planning on releasing the demo after the 1.1 patch which is due sept 30.
Well i think performance does seem better overall with 1.08 but will continue to need tweaked.
I almost always play with my internet connection off.
alt+f4 to play a better game.
For someone that doesn't like the game you spend a lot of time on the forum. why not go to a forum of a game you do like?
Hello all I just noticed on Impulse that a new free-form space sim game is coming out soon that looked interesting and was thinking about getting it. Its called Evochron Mercenary and looks to be something like Eve online. It is apparently part of a series but i haven't played any of these and was wondering if anyone that has played the earlier versions could let me know if they were decent games or not. I have read that it comes from a one man studio and it seems to be an amazing gam
Non civ entities can spawn outside your influence and wander in, things like bandits, bears, wolves, etc.
other civs cannot enter it unless under a treaty or if they declare war
Sea resources - fishing, sea creatures, etc. and/or Dragon mounts
I have to agree, i do like this idea a lot. I think it would be a great addition to the dynasty system either as a random event or an option.
I would suggest listerine
This is a feature i always like included into games .... so count my hand raised for this one too.
Looking better and better, again nice work
While they do plan on releasing more books in the future this game has always been primarily a game that relies on randomly generated maps. something like the way sins of a solar empire is.
While i really like the art in the game i have to say that the example that is given here is a vast improvement. i would love to see the art take this direction.
YAWN
wiki of joan of arc has several examples of what the armor should look like. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Joan_of_Arc
personally i have had a FPS increase overall and find the new patch more playable
thank you frogboy i have been trying to ignore surlybob for a long time now and i feel like most (but not all) of his posts are completely unproductive.
This is a problem i had throughout the beta but awhile ago it was fixed (not sure which release but it has been many releases ago) now in 1.07 i have this issue again.
Thank you for everyone's effort there
I think an undo option for all the editors would help as well as many of the suggestions mentioned above.
Both are great games but the two things i would mention to you that might help you decide it this Sins is real time and a little more modern Galciv2 is turn based but (as hawawaa indicated) you should get the ultimate version that has all the expansions as well - http://www.impulsedriven.com/galciv2ul
