Yay! Sounds good, I like a lot of the traits you've given the factions and their leaders. Thanks RedneckDude, roflmfaoo, and DrJBHL. I used this program, and although I can't say it has made a big difference, it didn't cause any problems either. It did clear my 'most recently used' list though, but I only noticed by coincidence as I hardly ever use it.

I know this is a bit of a noob question, but what (if any) is the benefit of cleaning up the registry? (Besides having it 'cleaner' obviously)

I share your concern about the balance between heroes, sovereigns, and armies, but it's to early to tell anything about them right now. Yeah that part was pretty bad, adding a completely pointless machine just because you need a laugh or something. Reminds me a bit off the scene in Galaxy Quest where they have this pointlessly dangerous room in the ship, just because they needed a dangerous moment in an episode. But other than a few minor things like that, I quite liked the movie. Making it an alternate timeline gives them the freedom to do new things without the fans going nuts screaming "THAT NEVER HAPPENED!!!!1!11!

Giant scorpions would be very impractical as mounts. With other animals, you are pretty safe from their attacks should the become unruly. A scorpion could just stick you with it's stinger. But maybe being able to use their pincers and stinger in battle make up for the risks. Does anyone know, are scorpions especially strong, fast, or mobile for their size?

The level up buildings come close, but the whole system lacks something. For one, it requires the town to grow, so you can't add any other conditions for attaining a trait. So no town can slowly devolve into a haven for criminals because there are no troops to keep order, or you haven't build a city guard yet.
