Well, the only thing will be again city spam... the more city you have, the more building you'll be able to produce, the more terrain you'll be able to gain, etc. All will then point to the war tech because Civ and other wont be that effective since they will grow exponentially in requirement and army wont. In the end, you will always need to build a lot of city and a strong army to win, no matter what.

Well, Brad, it's sure that regarding Gamestop about everyone here have experience with them. From what I've read, most of them have bad experience. I didn't even know that EB game was a Gamestop shop. In Quebec, I always had a really good service in EB game store. I'll go with the flow and wait to see what will happen. Well, you can also counter it by casting "anarchy" and give the power to people. You should, before casting surch strong magic, casting "Chart of rigth and liberty" AND his little sister"Chart of responsability". (In fact in Free enreprise, no one block you to be in the top 5% ;) You could just cast "Financial Education" and everyone wil understand finance, then cast "Transparent financial report" and nobody can cheat on their financial report. It's good to be in a game :))

Would it be ridiculous to actually ask to implement the ridiculous request? Also, for the counter-spell of Wallstreet, you cast Communist. It's not that good, but at least your building dont cost a thing and you continu to own all of the stuff. Cast "Dictator" to enforce your autority and bring thing back to normal.

Well, I have a question: do the "administrator" type hero will gain XP when they are park in a city? What I mean is, admin type hero can be in a city and gain trait that have a link with the "admin tree"? Or the hero must gain XP through battle? What could be cool is they gain 2 types of XP: one is battle XP and the other Admin XP. Admin XP take longer to acquire, but only require the hero to stay in a city and help the citizen get more with less. Could that be possible?
