What map settings were you playing?
Heavenfall
You are overthinking Twitchy. It is on a per-attack basis. If unit X attacks and has 12 Initiative, the Twitchy unit gains 10 Dodge if they have 13 ini. Impulsive boosts initiative by 50 for 1 turn, so they would not get dodge against an Impulsive unit in that unit's first turn. PS. Iron is a perfect start for centaurs, with their +20 Carrying Capacity and one-handed spears you should do well.
Well you have the ice fire and earth elementals which are all powerful in their own right. Sowien is also set up to get the nature summons at life2 earth2. Then there are all the random summons you get from tokens and whatnot, sand golems, wolves and so on. There is also a multitude of summons from different parts of Stormworld. All those gain additional defense and attack based on their initial summoned level. Those things, to me, are a lot more meaningful than getting 800 gildar at the star
Ah... I had an old version of winrar. I updated and now I see it. Thanks!
Yeah I have the same screen, all options say nothing should be hidden. Did you use winrar to extract?
I still don't see anything unfortunately. Damn...
What program did you use to unzip? I used winrar and 7zip and all I get is empty folders that take no space.

@The_Apprentice yes that is happenstance @yarmyarch if there is I don't know how All XML is saved in each saved game. The only thing you can reliably change and have it appear in an old save game is graphics, since those are not saved in each savegame.
It can be frustrating at times, I've often played a game to mid only to find a catastrophic bug in my mods which means it has to be abandoned.
Uploaded version ZD, fixing two issues 1) City Archers were not counted as Militia, they are now 2) The Flying modifier on Horse was moved to the Dragon mount
Yes, but you have to (restart the client and) start a new game for XML changes to take place. You did that?
Show your xml.
It was removed in Vanilla FE a few patches ago. You can reactivate it by going into data/English/CorePlayerAbilities.xml and changing the defaultvalue of this Base Research Per Population How much research each unit of population produces in a city. <Icon
I believe you can turn on normal spawns of resources and monsters by changing 1 into 0 in the map file.
Stormworld doesn't have cloth armor, it must be another mod.
In data/english/CoreUnits.xml you find
Caravan Caravans boost your economy by allowing merchants in your cities to trade goods with each other. 0</CanBeDesigne
That's all hardcoded.
Is there a reason why your militia archers do not get that tag UnitStat_BG_IsMilitiaAbility ?
Yes, that's a bug! Thank you.
Ah no then we are on the same page, everything is in expandedfactions_units_core.xml or expandedfactions_units_special.xml. I was using "bows" as a category. If you have all the units with UnitStat_BG_IsMilitiaAbility then you are set. Oh yeah, you need to add that to the vanilla militia units. No impact if people don't have SW.
Quoting Heavenfall, reply 26You have to add the supportedunitmodeltypes to the frost giant cloaks, also the same for everyone using bows/crossbows (they have special artdefs) The militia units don't use bows and crossbows do they? I've only done triage in this programming picking specifically the art defs that will be used by the militia, I didn't see anywhere militia using crossbows or bows. My next
Not something I would spend my time on anyway. While doable, it adds nothing for me personally. I play without those pedestrians anyway.
The tricky part about this is that cities aren't just idle OR busy. There's also several ways that cities gain bonuses while idle. So you have idle as useless, idle but getting bonuses, and building or training. Should those bonuses stop the automatic turns or not?
Yeah, you also need to look in the stamps they have some special tags.
Yeah I can't fix the gibbai. I'll add it to known issues.
