Since the focus of the Legendary Heroes expansion is to make heroes more interesting, my first order of business will be to bring the fantasy champions of Stormworld over to LH. http://i.imgur.com/5WvLOVu.png Each race will feature a small unique tree of traits based on that race. These Gorgons (can't equip mounts, +1 move, Hypnotize ability - any enemy humanoid has 50%-5%*target level chance to lose the next turn and 3% chance

Remember to check out how AI multiplies its resources. I don't recall exactly how it happens, but basically they get +% modifiers to some resources. Could be bad if it affected how many units they can summon.
Nope, sounds interesting as well. Behold, I bring you some XML tag from the Olde Timé. For spelldefs: UnitStat_Intelligence, 13
No, it would work like an upper limit, you can't save it up. Champion X has 3/3 dominion on a unit. Summoning a shrill requires 1 dominion and drains 1 dominion. This means Champion X is brought down to 2 Dominion (-1 modifier from the spell). When the unit is killed or unsummed, the spell ends and the unit no longer has 2 dominion, now it has 3. If the champion summons 3 shrills he has 3 * -1 dominion, bringing it down to 0. He then cannot summon another one. We n
Only because we were planning to extensively use randomization in tactical battles, and that made it so we couldn't drain a unitstat due to the limited nature of randomization. We were going to use long cast times in tactical instead.
In FE, events triggered by TurnNumber did not spawn for AI, but those triggered by TotalPopulation did.
What we were planning to do with the Goetia mod was have a new unitstat called Dominion. You needed dominion to summon stuff, and having summons drained dominion from the character. This would allow specialization into summoner mages (+dominion) and other things like equipping staffs to boost it, or even faction-wide bonuses. Just an idea of how to allow for stacking without allowing for infinite stacking.
Although I hope that LH stands on its own, I also hope they continue to develop it further with expansions or sequels. I love the fact that they have unit design and RPG elements as core mechanics of the game. Don't get me wrong, having pre-made units like... well, any other 4x fantasy game also works great. But there's a dozen of them out there, from AoW to Eador, and more coming every six months. I think SD has successfully plotted a course for their own kind of game with El
Not afaik.

You can check the size of the map and the amount of enemies and their difficulty (look at a save file from the game in the load game dialog), but other than that I don't think so.
I looked into that way back in the day and afaik it's hardcoded to some reference.
To each their own. I definitely won't put any mods in the install folder now that steam auto-updates (I don't want to turn it off!).
You can do that, or you can put it in C:\Users\yourusername\Documents\My Games\LegendaryHeroes\Mods\yourmodname\ in a new file.xml (only your new stuff). Make sure mods are turned on in options.
1) Anywhere in C:\Users\yourusername\Documents\My Games\LegendaryHeroes\Mods\Gfx\ 2) Useless in this case, it is used for heroes that have upgrades to traits like Lethal 1, Lethal 2, Lethal 3. Instead of showing all 3 traits, the unit will only display the last one. 3) Yes, alter the to anything you see fit. Keep in mind the AI isn't going to use these traits unless you make up new unit designs for it to use.
This is an example of a complete unit design trait.
Unit_Design Ironskin &n
How do I beat the AI when it goes for a scout with + ranged damage only? The one I'm fighting now has +8 and oneshots any unit with two-shot. My own scouts never get such favourable selections of traits. If I go for a mage it just kills it. A commander or warrior never makes it near (I think he's using a crossbow). The only time I got near winning was when I used a scout and loaded it up with spells instead of shooting. Then I'd pray the enemy scout started first, and in a corner,
There are now reports out that Djokar was not in possession of a gun in the boat. Not sure how an 'exchange' of gunfire occurred as reported if that turns out to be true.
Looking at this thread you can't figure that one out?
Pass that shit, dawg.
This reads like an advert for outsourcing, unfortunately. Nobody knows what (if any) western companies were employing people there. Therefore you can't blame any specific company. Therefore they'll come back when the dust settles.
Having played a bit more I can definitely agree with what you guys said - the depth is quite impressive. Also, I love the way the campaign works although I guess it could get a bit repetitive after a while.
If they wanted to do that, you'd never have heard about them buying it. Why sully the brand Gearbox by doing something like that?
Gearbox having their first Homeworld development meeting:
The specs aren't on the gray market, the black market or any other market. And all I keep hearing is there's never been a system like this. Now, I found out where they designed it, but I can't even get in the building! I've blown all my buy money, my bribe money, four of my best ID's and I am nowhere! Not only am I nowhere, I'm pretty sure I'm being followed.
I would pay 100 € for a 64-bit directx11 version of LH. PS. The more enormous your claim, the more valid your argument is. Up next: 1000 USD for eyefinity.
