Can't help but smile at the title being "MS retreats" rather than "MS extends support for...". Gotta beat that horse.

Frogboy slowly beginning the transition from middle age to grumpy grandpa. Wait, are your kids even that old?
So it's a big problem that has nothing to do with Ashes. "Today I was thinking about how horrible genocides are. You know, genocides of people. And you know who else are people? EA are people! Fucking EA man!"
Hella confusing... Ashes which is already available through Steam has some issues that appear to be happening for windows-store exclusive games as well? What's the thing to take away here? Fuck if I know. What it seems like is someone trying to merge two issues into one. The store issue obviously has some stupid design decisions behind its UWP crap. But why are they dragging Ashes into the gutter with MS?
Funny thing is, here we are talking about these mega-pixel monitors when the most common screen resolution (at +- 31%) is... 1366x768. Immediately followed by 1920x1080 for 21.5% of users out there. Only 0.11% are blessed with 4K monitors ( 3840x2160 ).
The "most common" anything often isn't relevant to understanding. @Primal_Savage no, I'm just regular backer. They're not doing much talking at all about the closed beta or development, it's been dead silent since their last gameplay video I think. Hopefully the EA is right around the corner, and those of us who just paid for the final product will get in on that.
Ok, so if you think the government is out to get you, why haven't you started a revolution? Why aren't you holed up in a bunker and off the grid if they can track your every move? After all, what's the point of leaving a trail online? Why didn't you join the folks in the Oregon standoff? If you can't trust the government, who are you voting for?..and if you vote for them aren't you re-enforcing th
This is a nice masquerade they got going on. If you go back a couple of years the big names (Microsoft, Apple, Google, Facebook etc) were deep in bed with the triple-lettered agencies. About a year and a bit back, warnings start coming in that the big boys might be losing business to places with better privacy. And now this dance and show. Apple sticking up to the man? Give me a break... carefully choreographed but not plausible. The simplest solution to losing money was always just to lie ab
Damn, missed it...
Hey, I had to put it off for a while, but it's not forgotten.
I'm still holding out hope that someone has a copy of Havok Content Tools 7.1 32-bit. The original exe, I mean. Should be ~320 mb.
The general rule for DLC is no. But in some cases it may be allowed. I believe if you only put a DLC in your basket, the steam store will warn you at checkout if it's not refundable. At least I've seen that once or twice, but not sure if it's always shown when that's the case.
Almost certainly Ashes of the Singularity.
Oh yes, I totally forgot about That Which Sleeps

Can't say, but it has all the 2 factions in it.
@joasoze the demo's been out for a while. My opinion:
shallow garbage
Apparently may be getting made into full-feature movie.
Vermintide. Star wars battlefront. Nosgoth. Mordheim: COTD. Dungeon Defenders 2.
I'm going to put out an update to children of storm tomorrow, primarily with primal_savages fixes that he's been pming me. I don't see a reason why I can't do a "ultimate edition" version that includes support for those leaders.
Happy new year!
What I enjoyed about Homeworld personally was the quest between the stars to bring a remnant of your people back to a home destroyed in war. The feeling of keeping your big capital ships and maybe some other between missions. Finding the wrecks of ships as large as planets. So far Shipbreakers looks like any other RTS. It's clearly not a Homeworld-esque game, so it'll have to stand on its own.
