[quote who="Alstein" reply="11" id="2880156"]Can't seem to edit post, so I'll respond here. I'm not really a fan of continuing EWOM at least, and/or making the 2nd XP a seperate game also (unless FE bombs) Let's face it, people don't like EWOM all that much. I can see backporting engine changes and/or other things to EWOM, but it shouldn't be any different then GC2 DL patches that you did once the expansions came out. Anyth

Which faction are you playing? Edit: I can't think of any reason for why this would be happening to you, and noone else. My last idea would be to reinstall elemental, or verify the installation using shift+rightclick in impulse.
FE was originally intended as an expansion, but it has since been re-dubbed its own standalone game. Previously, those who bought Elemental early on were promised free expansions due to the terrible state of the game at release. This promise has been carried over to the new standalone games. As for what is actually different between FE and Elemental, very little has been announced. Frogboy has repeatedly stated that it will be a whole new game. It sounds likely that you can ge
Unfortunately, I don't know what the problem is. The correct procedure is to always delete all relevant folders before extracting a mod. I.e, before extracting ExpandedFactions you should delete all files from previous ExpandedFactions mods. Try using only expandedfactions and its submods, deleting previous versions before you extract. If you still get the problem, post here.
Elemental RPG? Sounds interesting. No galciv 3 on the map? ;(
[quote who="Annatar11" reply="19" id="2880011"] All of these are basically your opinions. In fact, the things you listed to start your commend is the only true way to determine a "top" game. If the game is making $200 million in monthly subscriptions, obviously a great many people are finding it fun enough to play to justify subscribing to it. If that many people are finding it fun enough to play, that makes it a "top" game, regardless of what you feel it offers. And, in fact, this
Not using the internet? THAT'S JUST UN-AMERICAN. If you stop using the internet, THE TERRORISTS WIN. Now just go back online and let us sniff all your details and map your habits, and don't worry! If there is any danger - or the idea of any danger - we can instantly shut it off. I'm sorry, we don't understand the meaning of hypocrisy. God, I love sarcasm.
UnitStat_TacticalMovementCostMultiplier Default is 1 which means 2 AP cost. Reduce to 0.5 to pay 1 Ap, or increase to 1.5 to pay 3 AP.
I've got some buildings hooked up to similar code, I'll try it out. Edit: The negative production was not multiplied. On ridiculous, 1 production and then -1 production meant 9 total production. In addition, even if it was reduced to 0, the player could still build more than one in the same turn. I placed 1 production in the cityhub, then -1 in huts. As long as I built the huts in the same turn, I was able to build as many as I wanted. As soon as one finished constructing, I w
Oh... then tell me how your mod folder looks. Are you using the submods, or did you remove any of them? Did you remove any other folders? What other mods are you using besides this?
If you want a revolution on your hands, take away the porn. It seems to me that any attack as part of cyber warfare that is sufficiently powerful to require a complete national internet shutdown, would be powerful enough to circumvent the shutdown. It will probably be used like your terror alert daily shows. A means to scare people into thinking there's a threat. Don't get me wrong, you do face a threat. But the proportions would be grossly exaggerated, as they have been befor
Derek, please fix this issue: https://forums.elementalgame.com/404635 I can't play the beta as it stands, and if that goes live it would make the game unplayable for me.
If you're getting bugs playing in 1.19, don't play it. I can't mod for a game I can't play.

Too out of character with the vanilla factions, imho. Although it might be a good idea for future elf units. Yeah, dragons are a no go (don't have the skeleton anyway). Might do 2 human/fallen unit with special armor, then 1 large floating armor guy and 1 ogre guy. There is no direct xml tag to make buildings be mutually exclusive. You can work around it for the player by applying a local resource to the cityhub, then demanding that resource for the building. But the UI won't display it well, and the AI will ignore it on anything but the lowest settings. There's no wiki, and barely any documentation. I cover the basics here: https://forums.elementalgame.com/403584
The armorpieces are floaters. I don't care about the original factions, they'll all get the same units (only different for allegiance to kingdom/empire). I like the idea of that summoned armor. Might even make it larger than normal. There's also the transparent armorpieces from the lost souls.
I think I'll choose monsters instead. Ogres, dragons, maybe some other of the recruitables. More humans/fallen isn't that interesting, to me. There are already 100 champions walking around with similar stuff, and it's hard to make them look unique. Hmm, maybe I'll scout the old armors again, see if I can come up with something. edit http://img163.imageshack.us/img163/3092/elemental1296500151.jpg<
Well deserved. WOW on nr 1? Trying to stir up some controversy, are we?
I'd like to fill out the standard factions with their own unique units (to keep the game at least slightly balanced with the mod). Can you guys help me brainstorm some units that would fit with the vanilla kingdom/empire factions? I'm looking to do 2-4 for kingdoms, and 2-4 for empires (so 4-8 in total, not per faction).
I also had no crashes at all in 1.11, but I respect and acknowledge that that may not be the case for everyone.
Things I'd like to see - Magic influenced by ages. Sometimes a certain type of magic becomes stronger, sometimes it becomes weaker. Occasionally all magic becomes stronger, occasionally all magic becomes useless. - Revolting cities breaking off from their factions and forming their own citystates. This would happen in high-level cities without defense that suffer from starvation (making denying food to your enemy a valid tactic). - High-value Goodiehuts that spawn betw
Yes, sorry, you can change the number of upgrade points you get. I thought you wanted different amounts on each level, which is not possible.
