Is that a screenshot?

I changed my mind. If the 1.39b is to be considered the "last" patch of the game, I will absolutely make a community patch. Because it's too horrid to be considered a final product.
I am also in the "just move on to FE" camp. But I'm sorry to say, E:wom is absolutely not in a finished state. And I'm not talking about the things that "maybe" could be somewhat improved. I'm talking about things that are flat out broken, and make the game unworthy of a customer.
I have to say I think it's a damn shame to consider the version we have now the last patch of the game. First, what's going on with prestige? I have no idea how it works now. Everything just gives me a percentage - a percentage of what? And the UI does a terrible job at explaining it. I had 12.1 prestige in a city - I was gaining around 5 population every turn. Okay? Second, spells are badly in need of some love. Almost none scale with shards or intelligence. Those tha
I'm just throwing an idea out there, the other selection marker we saw was green, and was supposed to have an animation. Maybe this is the enemy marker? There's a tooltip when he mouses over which says "This unit is allied with the Empire", and the mouse turns into an attack icon. https://draginol.stardock.net/images/2de77d45b139_C263/image_11.png Also a yellow icon and another tooltip on
I'm not seeing what is special about it either...
Nice find, Nenjin
Please remember to check off these bugs as well: https://forums.elementalgame.com/410743
Of course item ¤2 is a bug, you directly end up with a weaker unit just because you place it inside a city.
I actually stopped updating a mod (and playing the game) just because the game (1.3) had so many bugs in it. So yeah, I would say bugfixes > game tweaks.

I think he saw himself, in the Tardis (hence the sound), alone. He fears his own decisions and the guilt and tragedy they incur. This would tie into the storyline with Rory, whom the Doctor puts a lot of heavy decisions on that he doesn't trust himself to make. Also, the episode, where the minotaur basically tells the doctor they are they same - tumbling through space in a box, forever alone, and that death would be an accepted release for such a creature (remember the overarching storyli
The techs spawn the goodiehuts.
This was changed in 1.3 I think, they didn't like it that you could see stuff and not pick it up. They tweaked the goodiehut code when they removed that limit.
It doesn't need to be very complicated, imho, just make the sovereign be able to cast one spell before battle starts. Mana is still a factor. And the enemy sovereign can do the same, so that's balance taken care of. Higher mana cost if the fight is taking place in enemy territory? Maybe.
My timelord source says no.
I've been running with no sounds forever in E:wom because the sounds are quite boring and repetitive. Then again, I do that in almost every game.
Oh please... where did you REALLY think the dinosaurs went? Hunted to extinction by humans with super-powered high ballistics explosive shells. It is not a matter of "if" a human invents a time machine. We are living the results.
Nope.
In my opinion - no, the development of E:wom post-release has seen its up and downs but 1.3 and 1.4 beta seem riddled with poor design decisions and crappy quality. But to me, none of that matter because I'm getting FE and the next game after that for free. Because that's something else they did to tackle the issue.
Ya, the way I thought it worked was the Channeler had an innate ability to draw power from the magic shards. He could then share access to that power through imbuing people. Champions may understand how magic works, but they just don't have the ability to draw power from the shards. Remember, before the cataclysm there were no shards, and the power was free "in the air". This magic knowledge has probably been passed down through the generations, but the ability to draw power from the shar
Are you using the beta client? In that case, a core mod won't work unless you add -localdataonly to the shortcut to the Ewom exe. Items completely overwrite when you re-define them in a normal, non-core mod. Just put the following in a mod, and keep in mind you need a tech researched to see it in shops and in the unit designer. Maybe the way the game can automatically end turns when you have moved all your units confused him. Since you start the game with a single unit, it is practically moving in real time if turns automatically end.
Don't worry about it, we have spotify
I like the general idea of a capital city being special, especially in a fantasy game. It is the foundation of a future mighty empire.
