Unfortunately not, they are very much incompatible.

What people need to get is that the "content" part of the game is done. There might be a spell added, or an item, but mostly the 100 champions, the 100 quests, the 400 items, the 100 improvements, the 100 monsters, the 200 unit desigs, the 1000 tiles, the 450 effects - that's finished now. They're not going to go back to the drawing board for any of that for these patches. These patches are improving the main product by fixing blatant problems, such as crashes or balance issues.
They are compatible, but there is no point building it into this mod since they do different things and install to different folders. Sorry. Some sort of mod manager would be wonderful.
It's great I think. I mentioned it in another thread that I added upgrades to the new monster recruitment resources so you can really dedicate yourself to civilization mid- and late-game if you so wish (assuming you find the resources and get the influence). Plus it spices up fighting the AI because they get them too.
Ah... I think that's a background fix. Basically in the XML they had duration = 2 before, but then they only lasted 1 turn and they were supposed to last 2. People noticed, so Derek Paxton likely increased it so duration = 3 so it actually lasts 2 turns. I'll leave judgement on the matter to Derek Paxton, obviously.

The "race" you select dictate the race trait. You are selecting "men" and therefore getting the Altarian blood.

There's a lot of stuff you can do working with units in FE, depending on how deep you are willing to go. Right now there isn't really a good way to limit what equipment champions wear (other than weight). I remember Janusk from E:wom, he was basically the Paperclip of Elemental. WOULD YOU LIKE SOME HELP WITH THAT? MoM actually had very few champions/heroes, and I think that's part of what made them memorable. There wasn't 10 different assasssins running around, there was 1 healer and 1 sage and that was it (sure they had some random stuff but still). I think the pitfall that FE and E:wom stumbled into without realizing the consequences was that each champion needed a 3d model,

I've been adding a couple to the Stormworld mod but I have to say they are damn hard to make unique without making them overpowered (and so the AI can use them) within the current system.
Small heads up, I found some wrong values for Shortsword_Hunters where it has 5 ini instead of 3, and is available for custom sovs. Will be fixed in next version ZB (thursday).
