I'm well aware that wisdom in the sovereign creator is called essence for the entire remainder of the game. EXCEPT for this amusingly useless item. It does *NOTHING* when used.
so it didn't increase your essence? lame

yeah test it. Create one with 11 wisdom it have 11 mana and 11 essence. 12 = 12 mana and essence, etc.
Thanks Brad!
Shards arent working right now. Known bug. Also boogiebacs looking at changing spell damage calculations and hit chances.
Wisdom = essence when creating a Sov.
Pretty sure Boggiebac already was looking into this, and also looking into changing the damage variables for spells.

whoops I miss read, I thought you were having the keyboard stops working so enter doesnt advance turns bug. my bad, my suggestion wont help the bug you got.
Like alot of turn based games, as the game gets farther along it takes the computer a bit longer to process its turn. Now of course if this is persisting for more then a minute or so then perhaps there is a problem with the game on your machine.
Food is a Global resource, It doesn't have to be present at a city to feed the people of the city. As long as you have it, you have it.
yeah I believe its just a design choice. I could be wrong of course. ;p
Shouldn't troops just leave if you can't afford to pay them ?
They will eventually, just like cities that have more population then you have food sources for the hutts/houses will have people leave the city eventually. Just takes awhile for them to revolt/leave/quit.
When this happens, pick a city, any city and open your build menu. then click done to close your build menu. This will restart keyboard functions for some reason. :D
When auto turn is enabled the game will end each turn when your units outside of cities have no moves left. If all your units are in cities it will just keep ending turns. Turn auto turn off.
hmm isn't it typical for stardock games to have deficit spending in them? as in they will let you go way in the hole and make you dig yourself out.
They have changes in the works already.
How fast can you do it on large? ;p
i already had the 1.6 update. i had it two days ago, which you would have seen if you would have read my post. idiot. i was ok with losing the game i had been playing with the original update due to the 1.6 update. i am not okay with losing the game that i had been playing with the 1.6 update due to the 1.6 update. @cfehunter - what notes? i spe
yes that is correct. I think I prefer epic myself. I keep hopping back and forth between the two with each patch. Haven't finished my large 10 ai, normal game yet, will go epic tomorrow if I manage to finish this one out.
I've got a captured city that is permanently stuck at level 1, and the AI built a bunch of cities nearly on top of one another. One set is literally within 5 squares of the next. I've also got cities that can build a Construction Yard, and some that can't without any indication why. None of my cities can build the Tower of Iziz(I think that's it's name), and my construction techs seem to do absolutely not
Better change would be alternating turns for each unit based on speed. Both sides going simultaneously. Kinda like things like Final Fantasy Tactics. One of the only things I never liked in some tactical combat games is the your turn my turn approach.
Idiot you're 2 days behind and they warned people in the game even before hand.
We assume you have updated to 1.06?

Its a simple fact that most of us who are enjoying a game spend more time playing it then we do whining about it on the forum. Thats one of the compounding reasons you see alot of negative posts compared to the positive. Its just a matter of perception. That being said I love the game, but the AI running head first and killing itself on Minor nations is making me annoyed. 9 other civs in my current game and Kraxis had killed himself attacking someone before turn 50...that bone head.
