If a game is not good enough to give a challenge to someone saving and reloading then its not good enough. Civ games and others do provide challenge with saving reloading though, although it is much easier to play those games without resorting to constant reloading. The battles in this game are NOT CONSISTENT at all - you cannot predict how much damage is done, other
You can't call the game easy if you are save scumming. Period.

I do not take comments as personally as you do, I only expressed my opinion - although not in a very constructive way I must admit. How about you rather make a reply like this: "Our product is still in development and we hope some of the issues expressed here will be adressed to make this game as good as it can be"<
1 Tile for level 1-2 cities, 2 tiles for level 3-4, and 3 tiles for level 5 cities I say. This rewards you for city growth (feeling rewarded is good), as well as helping contain both snaking and memory usage (these things are also good). What do you think Frog?
Mines from Cyberpower and its a beast. Though I ordered it pretty bare bones and finished the rest of it myself. (cause handling processors makes me nervous...) So I ordered mine with no os, no video card (I had one to put in it and have upgraded since then as well) no keyboard and no mouse. So all together I spent 600 and got a I7-920, 6 gigs of ram (ive gone up to 9 since then) a 500g hd, a 64g ssd, liquid cooling, and a pretty sweet case. Now my machine is 2 years old now though. I still say the champions need small bands of troops to equal out their importance. a level 9 hero should at least require a bit of effort to kill before the enemy can recruit them. But the fact is I can kill one with a lvl 3 hasted procipenee and her hasted dogs.

My biggest grip with the spell of making at the moment is that when you research the tech you can currently build all 4 buildings. I tried building a forge first and then casting the spell to see if its bugged. It let me cast it but I didnt get to win. Okay good so it requires all 4. I then build the 3 towers and as soon as teh final tower completes the game crashes. I am assuming this is due to me having casted the spell prior to meeting the requirements. So the prerequisites for the forge n
Map textures are basically how much graphics memory is being dedicated to making the 3d maps look prettier. In your case lower will probably be better. As you can see here http://www.notebookcheck.net/NVIDIA-GeForce-GT-525M.43889.0.html the graphics card you are using is an decent one for a laptop. However if you scroll down you will notice that in many many games it only averages the FPS you are talking about.
Maybe limit it to no more then 3 heroes per army instead? Its kinda gamy, but it might work.
Yes brad, please install some help for the derps.
That explains alot. I play large maps with all 10 spots filled and yeah usually lose 3-5 ai's in the first 100 turns.
If they wear it you can upgrade it. If the base unit doesnt wear it then you can't upgrade as there was nothing there to upgrade to begin with. follow the twisted logic?

I played the crap out of Romance of the Three Kingdoms, Dark Wizard, and Brigandine and they didn't have that. Also, I think I would rather have one good map, than a random square island generator. It's much better than WoM, but it's still not on par with a CiV map. But, might be limited without boats and with squares instead of hexes
