The instructions run off the screen. See pics (sorry about the giant size) below. iPhone 4, fully updated. I'm enjoying the game's unique concept. It's slow scrolling across the map when zoomed out. Thanks for the self promotion.

There was an option of a 600GB SSD for $1020. And on top of that they keep the dvd drive the computer came with. I'm sure there's someone out there who s very happy with that purchase. Wanted to keep the laptop around $1,200 so I had to pass up on the i7. After some research online I decided to upgrade the monitor to a: Display: 15.6" FHD 16:9 "Matte Type" Super Clear Ultra Bright LED Anti-Glare Screen w/ 95% NTSC Color Gamut (1920x1080) <span style="font-s
If I were to upgrade to an i7 processor I get it loaded with up to 32 GB RAM. From what I've read there isn't much difference between the i7 and i5 for gaming. The comparable speed of an i7 would be an additional $250. I'm trying to keep it under $1200. But if you know the additional cost is worth it then ill take it into consideration. 500GB HD is fine for my purposes. I figure by the time I need additional room a SSD may be cost effective.
Sager. Same brand as the one I'm currently posting on which has lasted me over 5 years so far. My only apprehension is that I feel not too long from now 8GB RAM will not be much.
What your opinion on this laptop. I'll use it for games (FE, Diablo 3, Starcraft 2) and basic video/image editing. Everything looks ok to me but maybe I've overlooked something. 15.6” FHD 16:9 LED Backlit Wide screen (1920x1080) Super Clear Matte Type Screen (SKU - S1R324) - Sager - 2nd Generation Intel® Core™ i5-2450M, 2
Nevermind. I'm a dope. Figured it out.
I reformatted my computer (Vista x64 Home Premium, fully updated) and waited until beta 3 to install FE. I've downloaded the zip file. When I attempt to install the folder the installer is in stays in perpetual "busy" mode. I left it going for an hour and nothing changed. Any advice?
The preorder "bonus" includes a minuiature Diablo head, a thumbdrive with Diablo 2 + expansion, wings that do nothing for your character but show off, and I believe a World of Warcraft pet and avatars for your Starcraft 2 account. Nothing that boosts stats. Ill mostly be playing with folks I know in real life. They probably won't, but if they purchase equipment, won't be grinding my gears over it.

I hope it tanks as bad as Hellgate did.
As far as I know, besides the vestigial collectors edition stuff, there are no pre-order bonuses. I agree about it being a MMO light, it's a selling point for me.
Played diablo2 until my ass was rotting. Diablo 3 is my most a
The art direction of Torchlight was really unappealing to me. The gameplay is different story. Wasn't it developed by some guys who worked on the Diablos? The "colorful" direction of Diablo 3 may lead to a broader appeal but I'm in your corner, ZehDon. Comparing the original screenshots with the Gothic, morbid direction I'm left wanting when I see the Undead direction they took. I wonder about the real money auction house. Will it really be pay-2-win? I think it's a wa
Diablo 3 launches in about a month. Anyone else have their preorder in? Passed up the collectors edition. Do enjoy old games (Planescape, Age of Wonders...) but have less than zero desire to play Diablo 2. The real money auction house seems alluring. Time will tell if it's a viable way to make some extra cash or a soon be to tabled feature.
I'm pro-outline. Can't turn them on, performance issues, but they look great.

But I defintely do not have it to play in depth games. It's great for quick games, scrabble, and other similar things. Full scale RPG on an iPad, LOL, no thanks!
I'm curious. The remake is making it's way to the iPad. http://kotaku.com/5895620/youll-be-able-to-play-baldurs-gate-on-your-ipad-this-summer/gallery/1 I've never been thrilled with my finger covering up the screen on my iPhone games but it almost makes me want to buy an iPad.
I find the graphics actually help the immersion. Similar to Jaws, the lack of visual representation of, say, the lady who cuts, splits, cracks your body open and you're left with a loot pile of a ring and your own intestines is left up to your imagination. Turning off the tv, really getting into the game and you start to imagine the details in vivid detail. It'll be well into 2012 before I finish the story but I'm already excited to give the other games a go.
Quoting Othello, reply 6What about the creatures where it was obvious one person was supposed to distract them while the other takes them down from the back? Didn't that get on your nerves? Perhaps i don't take the game as seriously as you or something, but i have no idea what you are on about. I'll be honest. All this praise for single player makes me want to give it another go on my own. What about the creatures where it was obvious one person was supposed to distract them while the other takes them down from the back? Didn't that get on your nerves?
I wanted to like Borderlands. I couldn't. It was too: rush here rush there in multiplayer. And the game is multiplayer centric. Playing single player was like playing Monster Hunter on your own. It's ok, but you know it'd be much better with others. Still, I have high hopes for the sequel.
Planescape: Torment has held my interest longer than BG 1 & 2 and IWD 1. Which is surprising when some dialog trees are longer than chapters in books and, in general, video game's stories are shameful. Very compelling. If anyone hasn't played it I suggest you do. And I suggest you stick with it for a few hours then it'll really wrap you up. Please no spoilers. I'm only at the beginning of the 100+ hour adventure.

I agree with the OP. Though I'm enjoying the mechanics very much, similar to WoM, once I start to explore beyond my initial settlement the game's performance plummets. Thanks Stardock crew for the acknowledgment of the issue and work to fix it!!
Whats the recommended percentage of free space I should keep at any one time?
Having the zoom on feels more natural. You won't put a building in the wrong place. Although I do agree with Mtrixis & StevenAus. The whole building placement aspect seems unnecessary. It doesn't matter where I place the buildings, just that they're there. It'd be nice to see it like MoM and HoMM. And I bet the art assets could be repurposed and it would ease the system requirements, I bet. Just imagine a city screen like MoM or HoMM but 3D, maybe you could zoom in
