The mod will be quest-driven with multiple choices.. Make the wrong choice and you will have to leave with it. Also the tech tree will most probably be disabled but you get to unlock a tech through questing or mission.
Sword of Aragon was the first rpg/strategy game I played in the 90s and still if my all-time favorite. I am sure there are fans of that game lurking around in this forum. It had been my dream to do a game like that but was unable to for some reasons/excuses that I wouldn't reveal here. I am playing that old game again to refresh my memories so that I can finally do the mod on that. I think E:WoM is an excellent platform to revive old favorites and thus no more excuses this time.

After thinking about it for a few hours, I feel that having max. 4 skills/talents would be sufficient in having a unique champion. Too many will spoilt the game. IRL most people have 2-10 talents...I think ..maybe more

Being an RPG fan, I look forward to leveling up my champions and hero. It would be great if we can purchase talents + skills for them per alternate level interval, either making them specialised or generalised jack of all trades.
