You keep generalizing their games. When it gets to actually playing their games, the critical success of Bioware games speak for themselves.
FWIW, I've stated a few times on my blog that Bioware is my favorite game developer. I'll buy pretty much anyth

All that's really different from the 1st game is the wonky inventory system. Technically speaking, Mass 2 is a strictly better game than the first. Its better written, better shot cinematically, has way better audio and plays much better as a third person shooter. Bioware really hasn't failed in maintaining excellence.
But... it's not a thir

EA wants every game coming out of Bioware to be in the 90s. EA knows Bioware is one of if not their best studio.
I think you did a good job of that yourself. EA wants Bioware to make them a lot of money, they want games with scores in the 90s. It's not like there's an EA ove

Some of my favorite games come from Bioware, but I do worry that EA's going to turn them into a third rate developer as they did Maxis. In a way it feels like we've alre

I have to admit to not understanding what can and can't be liked. Take Gorstagg as an example (I don't have any beef with him, its just the profile I have open), he has http://www.facebook.com/elementalgame listed 17 times in a row. When I tried to do what I thought was the same thing they were all rejected. I'm just confused over what gets rejected and what doesn't. Later, LAR

It is my pleasure to announce the launch of Elemental Nation . At its core Elemental Nation is about hosting Elemental mods, providing information about modding and giving modders a place to collaborate on their projects. But even more than that it’s about making Elemental as enjoyable to play as possible. Elemental Nation is by no means intended to be a replacement or competitor to the official forums. Rather it&rsquo

You know this has been bothering me too and I didn't realize it until reading this post. I find I'm having to focus on wandering around killing stuff, not because I want to, but because I want to increase the level of my Sovereign/Champions. I think some/most of the issues can be fixed by being able to cast spells that increase various stats, but being unable to increase my essence without fighting does worry me. Later, LAR

You could have Elementalopedia entries automatically open on the second screen when you click on something that has one. Or you could leaving the unit design screen open on the second screen so you can interact with the game at the same time. Or diplomacy. I'm thinking more multiplayer focused here. Later, LAR

I don't think this is a battle you're going to win. Even if the game wasn't a month from being complete, XML is a standard format for laying out data and is known far and wide. I had never heard of S-expression before this thread. This line is what bothers me the most in your posts "the most important thing to Me, The Modder — S-expressions require less typing and are easier to read." One of the main reason for having all those elements in XML is clarit

It would be nice if the game did a little bit more hand holding when it comes to studying spells. On my first time through it took a good 30 turns before I realized after I researched a spell I had to go study it. Later, LAR

I was under the impression that the logistics cap Frogboy is talking about is for non-champion units only. You'll be able to have as many champions as you'd like in a stack. Later, LAR
