It´s quite simple - if one can´t afford a game, the company producing it will not get money from this guy.
Videogames are not in the base of Maslow's Pyramid.
Regarding moddability, people should be careful in setting their expectations too high on what you can mod on release. While Python is the scripting language we're using, it only can do things that we expose to it and that will be a long long process that will only begin during the last beta and continue over the next couple of years. For instance, I don't see how someone could add an espionage system into the game using even Python bec

And surely the OP expects some sympathy...
Just for the record, I'm totally against anything that involves forcing no techtrading, no espionage and/or no diplomacy. Evolution, not censorship.

I'd vote game in english and manual in spanish. But it'd depend on the publisher in Spain and how much effort (and money) they want to put into translating the game. If it ever gets released in Spain (or when it finally does). Buying the game anywhere will give you a digital copy in Impulse. Not sure how patching would work if the game is translated though. Maybe translated patches for retail copies while only patches in english for digital copies?[e digicons]o_O[/e]
I'm thinking of "Dungeons as cities" or something like that. But in a more practical topic, I'm doing my tests in HTML/JavaScript (doesn't depend on IIS or Server2Go, only Windows, Notepad and JavaScript enabled! But once in serious business, Python all the way) and creating the map and dungeon on a table (each cell being a in game tile, actually). The idea is to generate the map size. Then choose the starting point to dig the first room (the entrance) with a determined size (I use 4x
Haha Yeah, I had noticed about the random map generator (and the Grid, which I like to activate) but as I didn't know about how random generators work or if Elemental will have a specific one for dungeons (walls, doors...), I decided it was good for me to actually investigate about how they work (and work with some code, and not styles, for a change) and try to do one myself. So if I have to implement one of my own for whatever the reason, to be able to do so. And if later I only ha

Flying creatures: It's sad that the big dragon doesn't fly. Why bother with wings? Ok, maybe he hovers but... really? Just that? I understand time constrains and the need of offering a solid released and not a million of half baked idea. I understand and respect that. But unless I can get true flying dragons decimating enemy armies with ranged breath weapon and flyby attacks... If the player didn't bother with ranged weapons/spells and/or traps to lure the drgon to attack on "foot", he d
How long does it usually take for the delivery from USA to Europe? May need to reconsider the delivery adress, for which I'd need to e-mail support about it and it'd not be a good idea to wait for the last moment (to e-mail them and for Stardock confirm that date early in August?).
