Lineages are mod material unless suddenly Stardock decides otherwise (campign and all that). But some doors opened to the implementation of lineage systems (because many people will see the topic in different ways) would be a very nive touch. Out of topic, your threads and other few people threads are broken for me in IE (7 and 8 at least, and won't bother with IE 6) and force me to use use Firefox. If SFIV uses Goo for Impulse, then I'm sold about that option. Steam isn't one for me when there is choice and my default is usually retail (except for Stardock games that usually take an eternity to come here if they ever come... Sins has arrived not so long ago and Demigod can be considered lucky with only a few weeks of delay and is released this week*). * That says one site and I must say that I haven't found it in the few stores I have visited while sightseeing.

RST compatibility should be able to be increased by perks/merits or whichever the name you prefer. What if my human tribe is also adept to forests because of my Channeler's bond to nature magic? (just an example) That would mean that with the use of magic, a race could use other different terrains as their own. In any case, I find strange that humans cannot live in mountains. Surely they wouldn't be so suited as other races but it's not like they would be trying to live underwater. I would li

I think that non-human(fallen) factions (beasts appart) aren't going to get too much attention to start with. People will mod the game to make it fit their favourite fantasy world (be it LotR or whatever), change anything that they don't agree with (spells, maybe economy,...),...

Stop making games for good*. Maybe then some "people" will learn of their "mistakes". Some people only value things once they have lost them. But that means that as always the innocent have to suffer because of the guilty... so don't stop making games for good UNTIL AFTER Elemental is done and patched, ok? [e digicons]:([/e] Also, no matter how many sales lost in the future, ban Gamestop from receiving any other SD game ever. If someone shows them that they have the "balls"

Also, the same as the release date of Elemental (Feb 2010) is just an intention, the June mark is just a good intention hoping to become reality

I'm not scaring anyone, just pointing out details that some people prefer not to mention (not saying that it's with malicious intention tough). Considering how absolutely random the game is and how unbalanced it becomes just from moment one... well, not a good game but surely good some laughs (which is the intention I suppose). For the record, I play in the spanish version so it's not like I'm against the game.[e digicons]:P[/e]

Ok, seriously, someone explain this to me. Except for Elemental that will be used as a "show" for the other companies (and it won't use the "DRM" part but the one that allows you to sell your license if my memory doesn't betray me), Stardock isn't going to use GOO (except, maybe, again for that part of reselling the game's license). Or maybe my memory is wrong or I don't correctly remember what has been said in these forums not so long ago. Maybe Stardock should annoy people using the DRM tha

Campaigns only work for some type of games. I don't see Demigod being of that type... I mean, the Demigods just play a tournament to decide who will become a God, right? Sins of a Solar Empire could use a campaign (more or less) but Demigod...[e digicons]o_O[/e]
