Well, Stardock has a responsability as a distributor. I wish other distributors were as nice and diligent as Stardock when a game launch doesn't go as planned... And you must also see the good side of it: Stardock has learned a lot from it. Personally I think that only good things can come from that experience.

Easy mode should be easy. What's the point of naming it easy if not? Normal mode should be the game as intended. And harder modes should be harder, be it by cheats and/or bonuses.

This is a single player focused game. So I personally don't find it aproblem that someone wouldn't play it again in multiplayer because he wasn't "smart" enough to protect his most valuable resource and/or was outsmarted about it. And nothing prevents the eliminated player from joining other games after being defeated so why would he stay as observer in that one? Yes, indeed. The same that to ask about Impulse in these forums would be biased too, just that this time in favour. In both cases there would be comments to consider as good feedback tough. But I think that to see what non customers think, I'd choose a site that has nothing to do with digital distribution systems. Just to reduce noise. Didn't Impulse just use a component of the IE and not IE per se? A component used in Windows for the exploring and all that too and not just IE?
