How much detail do those individual units have compared to the individual units in Sins? Do you really think that a Supreme Commander unit has as much detail as a Kol battle cruiser?
I think they're talking about animation. I love the graphics on Sins, but is a Monkeylord more detailed than a Kol? From a complexity standpoint, yes, definitely. The units in Supcom are animated, and the units in Sins are not. It seems cut and dry to me. Like I said, th

I think that the additions offered would need to be truly compelling for the average gamer to be willing to purchase them. I played Oblivion for many, many, many, many hours -- but I did not download any of the individual feature additions. Instead, I purchased them with the Knights of the Nine physical release. Would I pay for additional ships? Possibly, but it does depend. I would tend to prefer expansion packs -- in large part because they produce greater interest more immediatel

My guess is Iron Star. Or Starclad. Or Iron Dock. I think Iron Star sounds best, but whatever. S'all good to me. I hope Stardock isn't being sold, although I don't suspect in the slightest that that is the case. But ooooh . . . I'm so excited.

I will generally take the colonizer unless the map is particularly small or I feel unusually threatened. If I'm playing Vasari, I will almost always take the Evacuator, for reasons similar to Sonntagskind's. Nano-disassembler can one shot several ships, even at level one. At higher levels (I may be wrong here), it can kill any frigate or cruiser with one use. As far as I know, there is no other capital ship that can claim the ability to do that, except for perhaps the Radiance -- and

That's quite a machine. Blah blah blah, does it run doom? Really though, what sorts of games have you been playing lately in your spare time? I bet you could run Supcom: FA on max settings. What a dream.

With 1.03 I've noticed an issue (twice) where upon reloading a game that initially is set to have locked teams, teams become unlocked and I'm deluged with mission offers. If it would help, I will happily send in my save. Thanks.

It would be interesting to see how this would've turned out were you Vasari. I have a suspicion that in a game like this, odds for survival are much higher with them, thanks to phase gates and RA. Of course, as you said, you did win regardless. Props.

All of the people involved in the creation of this game are awesome. Ironclad and Stardock have both gone above and beyond most people's expectations for what a developer and publisher each should be. Indeed, my expectations, which, having played Galactic Civilizations II, were very high even before I purchased this game, have been met. Anyways, I try to make it my goal not to let my cap ships die. I would like to see them be more valuable, but I do keep in mind that frigates and cru

I only play single player, so I can't speak to the apparently devastating and ruinous changes brought on by 1.03, but I do love this game. Love it.
