Well, a few turns went by and I was spending most of my research on Civilization, Adventure and Diplomacy. Thats when ol Magnar declared war on me. . .
*ROFL* Sounds like they actually have tried to use MoM as a rolemodel... :D
When you imbue a champion, it costs -1 mana to maintain. When you summon a creature, it will cost -1 mana to maintain. Thus, if you want an army of spell casters, it comes at the cost of having your sovereign being as powerful as he could because he's sharing his power with so many minions.
Errrrm, ... not trying to troll or anything. But why didn't you think of that in the first place? And why don't you simply do it the MoM way? Lesser summons

Somehow I don't like the idea of a city being wiped with a single spell. I liked the MoM spells like Chaos Rift much better.

Hehe, everyone is entitled to hisser own opinion. I'm quiete sure though that Bellack is pretty much the only one with that opinion... [e digicons][/e] As much as I like the series I see no point in modding a sci-fi setting into a fantasy game either though... I'm wondering if anyone comes up with the idea of a mechwarrior mod, too. ;)

Hehe, the neoseeker review is funny indeed. No hints on practically useless unit design coz it's all just the same with just a little more +X here n there but no special abilities or t he complete lack of flying units. No hints on magic spells being all the same with just a bit mo oomph. Not mentioned that the major magic element namely shards are pretty much useless atm due to broken damage calculation in spell xmls, the crappy AI and countless other issues that have been brought up
After the fight My Sov and friends gained something on the order of 65 levels, and some 165k in gildar...
*LOL* Sounds like my first game of Bard's Tale 3, in which - after I met and killed the first boss monster - my ressurected wiz was a full blown archmage all of the sudden. CNN News Update: In the case of Elemental they walked a new an clever path. The released a version of the game that is so bug ridden that it's no use trying to play it. Only through downloading patches for which you need to register and hence legitimize your copy do you get an enjoyable game over time, which leaves pirates with squat. ;) An before the die-hard fanbois jumpstart: I bit of sarcasm should be allowed here... I'm gonna buy it nevertheless. :)
Actually, IMHO all UFO's are BullShit and can be explained.
Okay, then explain to me what an object as bright as a star is that stands still in the sky as if it actually WAS a star for about 5 minutes and then all of the sudden moves within a split second first to the right end of the visible sky, then to the left, to the right again and then passes right above your head in blinding speed before it vanishes behind the tree top

1) I don't have to believe in OFOs. I SAW one. 2) Hawking' statement about that mankind has to go to the stars to survive because the sun will explode in some million years is laughable. By then there will BE no mankind anymore!

Inception was a decent enternaining movie for me. And I refreshing exception of the usual re-make, sequel, animated kids movie flinging that is going on for quite a while now. As for fav movies. Well I guess from the older days it's Boondock Saints. Pan's Labyrinth was a very good one in my book too, btw.
I was agreeing with you up until your FOX News comment. HELLO CNN, ABC, CBS, NBC are nothing but liberal propaganda rags. They wouldn't know real news if it hit them in the face.
*ROFL* FOX "News" isn't news at all. It's opiniotainment. That's why on my agenda the station is called FOX Opiniotainment. :D

Listen to Frogboy. Period. Who btw. shows once again that whatever he does or says is in gamers' best interest and not to make profit at any(one's) cost. Me personally, I'm gonna buy it very soon at full price to support SD, but will not play it until I can tell by what I can extract from the forum patch, logs etc. that it is going to provide the gaming experience I'm hoping for. Don't have nearly enough time to play ANYTHING atm anyway...
Reviewers look at the state of the game when they review it, not some mystical potential.
I wholeheartedly agree with Vogar. All you fanbois speak of overreaction and bias of the one who wrote the article while you obviously perform biased reading and overreact yourselves. Yes, the statement was taken out of context, and yes a large portion of that article could have been worded more appropriately. BUT: Quote: "we want to warn you to stay
