Oh bo-ho. Come back when I finally get German WW2 campaigns.

I'm not a fan of poll-like one-like replies, but I must say; I agree.
NTJedi, the system to share mods aren't in place yet. Last I heard, we can only share maps. Of course, it is still technically possible to share the creations manually, but without the game having gone live yet, there's actually little point.
Now that we have the release around the corner, I thought I'd just bump this little gem up to the top. Surely someone has something interesting to contribute with? :p

Unfortunately, I never got into Lords of Magic or Phantasmagoria.

How do you keep a powerful and potent strategic device like this from being overly and readily available, eventually leading to one (or more) finanically favoured player(s) plopping down one of these bad boys in each and every city, or all around their territory for that matter? Well, you could limit how many you are allow
Just tagging the post so that it shows up in "My replies" and not just "My posts" (which I consistently forget to check).

Man, that is awesome . I need one of those.
NTJedi, that is one mean old necropost, right there. That said, I still want portals. But I know that supposedly, the AI have a really hard time dealing with the usage of portals. Heroes 3 and AoW:SM isn't as "free form" as Elemental, so I suppose it'd be mitigated some by that.

I'm having this exact issue, aswell. It's unfortunately not resolved for me and others. At first I thought it was my own problem, since I was fiddling around with .png formats when I first got the error message, but then I saw that someone in the Elemental Avatar thread got the same error message. So I tried to change my avatar into one completely regular one, which worked just the other day, and bam, still Error code -200.
That's odd. I was getting the same error earlier today, but I thought it was because I was fiddling around with animated .png:s. All the avatars in this thread should work just fine. I'm going to see if I can change my avatar, which worked fine just the other day. Edit: Tried t

Second, this is one of the issues with DRM and online authentication; ultimately, pirates have the better product. The reason you don't have to authenticate is that your

Meh. We know better. We'd just tell them to stuff it. I don't really care for the graphics and would actually be kinda pissed if it ever got full 3d graphics (it just wouldn't work, with animations and god-knows what). All I'd really want is a workable, intuitive UI. I really like Dwarf Fortress. I've just got a hard time getting into it, since I'm absent-minded and easily confused. I need overview and control.
While we are at it....my favourite game devs are both obsessed with frogs! Yeah, I am talking about Tarn Adams aka Toady One [developer of Dwarf Fortress], and Frogboy. Weird stuff.
And this is where we realize how awesome it'd be if Stardock took up Dwarf Fortress.
I formally endorse this mod.
