....so you're the guy drinking milk from the carton at the grocery store (just to make sure it's not passed the date).
In Sweden, all milk cartons are dated with date of production and date of expiration. When I get my milk, I know what I'm getting; I'm getting milk. This milk tastes much like how milk is supposed to taste. Very milk-y. Why would I need to drink it in the grocery store?

I refuse to cross two. I need three. Dark Messiah of Might and Magic + Thief: Deadly Shadows + The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind. Jagged Alliance 2 + Fallout: Tactics + Baldur's Gate
I would love to see more Bear Calvary .
I am still extremely hesitant about Human Revolution. It just doesn't look like Deus Ex to me - not in any way. The showcased level didn't really raise my hopes, either. It feels like they pre-programmed a number of set paths and that's it. Maybe they did this for Deus Ex, too, but it was never noticeable. It always felt natural, like you were doing your thing, independent from what the programmers/level designers expected. I have, however, heard good things about the leak

When they stop officially patching the game? You.. you're not familiar with Stardock, are you? :D
Nothing has compared to BF1942 yet and this doesn't exactly look like a return to form. So I can't say that I'm excited.

When can we expect 1.3? This may be a common question and may have been answered, but I'm not as attentive to the boards as I used to.
+ LOTS of code to handle the increasing costs in terms of people to run your improvements. If anyone thinks that getting highly talented people remains equally easy as you grow, ask google, microsot or apple about that. It's not.
Best rationale for a mechanics change ever.
I must say that I have a really hard time getting pumped for Fallen Enchantress after E:WoM, especially with it being stand-alone. Leaves me feeling that E:WoM will never be "fixed" and was just the beta for Fallen Enchantress. I know it's not, technically speaking, but I can't help feeling like that.
No offense intended, but I do have to ask; Who ?
So.. I suppose that now, my Impulse games are tied to Gamestop? That's.. that's actually worse than Steam. This is a downright horrific thought.

I haven't heard enough good things to justify not sticking with Civ IV.
This. Civilization 5 seems to have tried to appeal to a new market, which needless to say alienates their long-time fan base. There's not much more to say, really. I know lots and lots of people that are still playing Civilization 3 or Civilization 4, or even Civil

Civilization 2 - Civilization may have been the original game, but it was Civilization 2 that solidified the concept and in my opinion created that genre. Truly memorable. Others may of course disagree; I'm judging this from the standpoint of someone that was very young when the original Civilization was released. Alpha Centauri - The first game, to my knowledge, that really let you create your own units, with a "real" 3d environment where terrain
