The adventure level that appears on the info card while hovering over goodie huts seems to be differing when I hover over a Humble Inn. All the other goodies I've encountered so far appear to match. I also just noticed there is a "Notable Location level" and a "Quest Location Level", is this meant to be a seperate category? In the screen below you can see that when i hover over A Humble Inn it says Quest Location Level 1 along with "Your Adventure Level 1" but in reality my adventure

I'm not sure if this happens with other quests but right now I can confirm that if the Lost Horse or theWitch's Hut (from Wild Goose Chase quest) spawn inside my territory it will change my Fallen type of land to Grassland which is kingdoms terrain. Now i don't know who ordered that landscaping but they need to be slapped for such an insult to my empire. I tested this by reloading the same game and continuosly enter the Inn to accept the quest. It's not supposed to happen, I think he meant the old school intro thing that begins with the yellow stripe. I dont know what they did but they fixed the choppyness for me in this patch, and I had been suffering from it since 2A i think.
I noticed the ability to load games inside games was added and I sure am glad for it! I was looking for a save containing a bandit camp so I had do load a few different games till I got an error and crashed to desktop. My first game was so slow down after a few turns in that it turned unplayable. For a few turns the slowdown was neglible in the cloth map but few turns later cloth map stopped working so I had to exit game and when I did I got an error but I was dumb and closed the error fast without taking a screen [e digicons]:annoyed:[/e] . I have exactly the same problem and its been this way since Beta 2A i believe, I lost count already lol. Its been progressively worse in my case as of 0.806 the second time I reload the game makes the game even slower than when I first load it. I have also been reporting this same problem since 2A and it's been getting worse for me ever since. Once I start the game up it stutters incredibly and I gotta leave it alone for a few minutes till it actually goes away and I can continue playing. After it goes away I can close and restart the game and it doesnt do it again till after I shut down my PC. Its a really annoying bug that has kept me away from testing the last few versions of the Beta as I'm afraid of burning down my processor.</

In order to avoid a player going after other faction's npc as to deny them to recruit them maybe a high level NPC of that faction could be added so that if a player killed a certain amount then this neutral npc would get pissed off and proceed to hand some asswhoopage by raiding your land, you could eventually deal with this creature but early game you most certainly couldnt. I also agree that the essence is lacking something. You definitely need to be able to regain your maximum mana or like someone else mentioned in another thread, gain the essence everytime you level up passively. I really like the idea that if you have your max essence you would get a bonus to casting spells, and if you were missing some then you would lose some potency on em as well. Also adding some sort of improvement that would increase your essence regeneration by a certain % woul

I believe I saw a dev posting that not all the improvement graphics were finished so some just used teh same "under construction" graphic. As for the other part the only thing I know is if the resource isnt under your influence you get a a penalty on the output, unless this was changed for 2-B.
lol I've been doing this a lot too, wasting them precious Spell Points. The Spell point bar should at least Blink when its full, I know I'll get used to remmebering to look for it (after a while) but for new players it might be good to put in some sort of reminder.
My poor Pentium 4 2.8Ghz processor is feeling this too. When I start the game, the CPU usage goes to 100% and the game slows down incredibly at the screen. I have no idea what goes behind the lines but it really is annoying and it wasnt happening prior to this patch. I need to wait like 2-4 minutes for it to finish thinking then it stops getting choppy. If I restart my PC I need to wait for it again, but at least after the first time I can reload elemental and it wont do that till I shut
This has been around since I started trying Beta 2, but it got even worse. Now after loading a game I get the notifications of every single improvement I've built, plus whatever the city upgraded to. It used to just tell you all the city level upgrades but now it added all the improvements. The notification spam happens as soon as a new notification happens.
Are familiars supposed to abandon me randomly? In this saved game my familiar randomly leaves and I get a notification saying "1 Unit deserted to the city of Henesia". I dont understand why it leaves on different turns, I reloaded game 3 times and it deserted in 1 turn 2 turns and 4-5 turns. As Lord Relias I've killed spiders and gotten 0 xp and sometimes 10. Furthermore after the battle, it says I gained 50 experience but I either get 10 or 0.
Out of pure luck I noticed that Maggies Ring and Maggie's Key were in the design unit screen and you could add it to new unit designs, is this intended?
