Lord Xia
I don't see any words...
I'm seeing it on Normal too.
There are some tings to take into consideration. What resources do the weapon take? Yea, that mace sucks compared to a lot of other weapons, BUT it takes no metal or crystal. Also, there are some tough things out there that are weak to blunt damage. I disagree about bows, I use them the entire game and they work fine. They are slow, do low damage, but they can attack anyone anywhere, and that is pretty nice, my late game armies often have
In the game, we have access to lair resources and with influence and the right technology, we can build them and they produce troops. I love the mechanic, completely. I don't have to waste city time in building them, if my city has more than one, it gets full use out of all of them, it's nice. But, what I would like, is the ability with further research and investment, to upgrade the resources so they produce better troops. Maybe my darklings are better armed an
Isn't it a bit unrealistic to send a govenor out into the wildress to get better at governing? 'Here son, take this spear and this helment and come back with the ability to research better!'
Yea, but at the same time, I could get better at casting spells by smacking a wolf or punching a spider.
Yea, they trade a lot of tech points, don't think it's really an issue.
The free research or gold they can provide works even if they are off adventuring. They will not be great heroes or anything, but they can be decent. If my first hero is a bit scrubby, I often turn them into Govs and get the loremaster traits on them, the extra research is helpful in the early game. Or if I have sions or henchmen, I turn them into govs sometimes. Probably my least used upgrade. But it's not that bad.
Kael, can we please fix this so I and others don't have to go in manually and add the second color back. please?
No idea, it's wonky. I know they disappear if the city is attacked in the same turn more than once, not sure if they come back or not later.
Funny thing is, that because maces and hammers are so slow, int penalty that knocking them prone simply evens things out.
Some issues I have. Nothing very serious. I don't like combining the robes and chest armor paths, it was great when they were separate. Militia using magic weapons? I thought this was taken out? I don't mind buffing Militia, but I would like it to make sense. My unarmored little scrubs with Magic swords seems strange. Sometimes when I design a unit, I design it so some parts of their arm
Yea, "Horrifying Wail" is the player version of "Despair". It's very powerful. Especially if the caster gets really high level. This is another reason why I suggest to new players to use death and water, it's a great combo.
They are still getting the Strength trait twice, even on lower difficulties.
That's weird. Sions seem to be working fine, they get the correct amount, as far as I can tell. I haven't used Henchmen yet.
Bad. They freak out at everything and go on crazy rants all the time. Bat shit = Bad+crazy. Ape shit = mean+crazy. The Fantasy, isn't high fantasy, it's just the Aztecs invading Europe. Pretty much the opposite of what happened, this time the Aztec find Europe first, invade, sacrifice, and bring deadly diseases. Sounds like a fun idea. But these people freak out at everything.
I don't know, the Paradox forums can be batshit at times. They just announced their first fantasy DLC ever, and the Paradoxians went ape shit.
Was the faction powerful enough that it was extorting other factions for the cash?
Yea, but that doesn't explain Altar that was near last place also mysteriously getting 20,000 and Gilden in second getting 30,000, or Capitar in the middle getting 10,000. Resoln was just the earliest that I noticed, and from the way the score jumped she used it to full effect. Also, I am playng a new game, same sett
The money seems to come all at once, and they use it and may not get more. It's like at some point in the game the AI will just gain a huge amount of money, but it doesn't seem to keep happening, or at least not all the time. Resoln got 16,000 and burned through it, but when she was low on cash, she stayed that way. I don't know, it's a pickle.
i made a general sov with tactician and wealthy for capitar and a beastlord sov for umber.
Exactly what I did.
The nations are in the game, you just need to make a sov for them.
Might want to change the title to "cheat". "Chest" way too much confused me, although most people probably aren't as dense as me.
I've watched the AI try and fail at clearing the Imperium, the demon kicked it's ass. Iv'e seen them enter Wildlands, I don't think I have ever actually seen them clear one before.
Haha, that's funny, yea, I would think that shouldn't be allowed.
