As we can see from this picture here, Tessa has regeneration active. I fought a small (1 unit) band of mites, and since it would be a completely trivial battle I just used auto combat. Results are here. <br class="Apple-interchange-n

Thank you for that information. Looking forward to seeing it in action.
Me too! INQUIRING MINDS WANT TO KNOW!!!
Upgrade your version to 0.86. Archers are bugged in 0.85 in that they will not participate in auto-fought battles.
Cast the +20% food spell, no waiting required.
First off, great write up =) Is fun to see what other people are doing and compare it with my own ideas. Next is a comment. Since their damage is not reduced by defense, Mages can be great at killing very high defensive targets - such as the Wildlands bosses with 150D. Since you can tweak them for fire or cold dmg you can also play into the weaknesses each specific enemy has.
Tooltip and description do not match. - Manii Names (#31)
There is a disagreement between the description and the tooltip. I don't actually know which version is active in the game, because I didn't select this option for my city. - Manii Names (Lucky Issue #30!)
Having played a lot of 0.77 and submitting many a comment / bug report, I am quite happy with the progress being made by Stardock. HOWEVER! I hope we don't have to wait another 30+ days for the 'WTF! Where did all the quests go?' bug to get fixed. It has an extreme effect on the storyline, and makes the game a lot less fun and immersive. - Manii Names
I agree, I am finding VERY few quests in 0.86.
I have never tired the Megapolis strategy yet, what do you look for in a starting location? Just lots of grain?
The Ancient Temple description in the technology window still claims to give +2 crystal, when it really gives +2 mana. Since shards got bumped to +3 mana AND also boost spell power, I think the Temple needs some rework. They're really pretty rare, and +2 generic mana isn't very exciting at all. Suggestions: 1. +5 Research 2. +5 Mana 3. +2 Mana AND +1 Crystal. Instead of mining the crystal they are producing it
Floating Maul is a great idea =) All the damage, but without the weight. Instead it has a pretty high level requirement to balance - L9.
The flavor text uses 'seers their flesh', it should be 'sears'. - Manii Names (#27)
Sunder does not appear to be affected by Path of the Mage, Evoker, etc traits which enhance spell damage. This might be intentional? [Edit] It doesn't work with Focus either. - Manii Names
I found a Venemous Shortbow, but it's poison doesn't work either.
The enemy hero cast growth on itself, and physically got smaller. Their stats are correct (30 ATK), but the graphic representation of Gwenneth shrank instead of becoming huge. [Edit] Once the enemy hero got to take an action, they correctly became huge-sized.
I am REALLY ENJOYING the ability of Kul-Al-Kulan to recruit monsters to the cause now. Before it kind of sucked, since they started at L1 and died nearly instantly. Now my forest drake started at L9 and is a figure of terror towards my neighbors.
In .77 when trying to create a new mountain pass you only needed to cast lower land once or twice to get something that a unit could walk through. It was still very hilly, and you would pay 2 sq of movement per tile going through the pass, but it worked. Now under 0.86 you have to cast lower land 4-6 times, because of one change - you can no longer walk on the mountainside tiles. They are at the base of the hill, and look pretty flat, but are impassable until you specificall
In my current game, six of the eight pieces of loot I have gotten from lairs (everything else from enemy NPC) are duplicates. There is something in the RNG which is driving this, somehow, because it's an extremely common theme to get an abundance of a few things and nothing of anything else.
This effect was in 0.77 as well, I assumed it was intentional?
Does courage add +3 HP per figure? Or per unit?
If the shrine is attached to your city perhaps you can demolish it and start fresh? - Manii Names
Receive a quest to go kill rats, reward is a Doom Club. As usual it's a giant spider, I slaughter it and then go back to the quest giver to collect my reward. I am offered three choices: +300g, Doom Club, or Diplomatic Capital (very cool choices BTW). I need to club, so that's what I pick. He then offers me choices again, I pick the club, this repeats until I experiment and take the cash, at which point I have 5 clubs and 300g. Save Game: <a
I wish we could take our original groups of 3 spearmen and upgrade them to 5's etc as time progresses. Guess we'll know soon enough.
