It should work with 1.2. I will probably update the thread to state this.

Impinc and I were both tired of having each faction played in a near identical way, and thus this mod came to life. As you can see from the factions we have done so far, altar and capitar still have a lot of the same buildings an

Given that cable is for the most part a monopoly (each area has only one provider), I do not think they need to collude. They opened up the phone lines

A good example of this would be the tea party movement.
Capping internet is a terrible situation, and one that will have incredible ramifications across the entire American landscape. While several articles have focused on Netflix as being highly effected, this would also have serious ramifications for many industries. While companies like netflix can easily use over a GB of data for its videos, digital games distribution can require many times this amount for the distribution of one title, not including the additional bandwidth required for verif

Also some of its machanics would have made a per action system not work as well. See the resurgence ability.[/quote] Th

The new UI is actually pretty cool and allows you to do turns extremely quickly and makes it actually impossible to forget to do something without being intrusive or awkward. As f

I think the OP has a point, though I think it fails to make a strong enough point. In general, we will group experience systems into one of three groups - Participation based, Individual Event Based(IEB), and Split Battle Event Based(SEB). The current experience system is a participation based system which evenly rewards units for their participation in the battle, regardless of their action. This system gives players a heavy incentive to create the largest parties possible and to prefer smal
