Frogboy has not said one negative thing about Constructive feedback yet, those of you complaining about that should just stop posting. What he did, though, was post against someone who was being extremely disrespectful. You need to learn how to follow a conversation correctly and if something is not clear, do not make assumptions. He also did say about not changing the fundamental framework of the game which is something that should be obvious. They are in the third

I don't think the answer is in limiting population and cities. I like being able to build lots of cities and I wish I could grow larger populations.
I had a lot of fun playing beta 3 but I have to agree with what Dragonrider said in his last post and I hope you will take it seriously Brad. I think this game with some more changes (meaning balance issues) will be truly excellent.
Haven't tried the new version yet but it doesn't seem like these issues were fixed, anyone else having these problems>>> Using Gilden when I try to design a golem unit, it won't save. So I can't train golems. When shrinking an enemy in combat and than killing that enemy, the battle wont end. I have to hit the autoplay button to end the battle. When fighting and defeating monsters, the graphics
any ideas on this>
Yes, obviously i know that Publius, not to be rude but that is a given as I specifically said in my original post that I built over a mercenary camp. You can't build over it without having the required tech. I went to the city it was attached too and there was no option to build mercs.
[quote who="ChungasRevenge" reply="6" id="3090509"]I have just successfully completed my first game of 0.86. I scored 3325 points. I have had quite a few CTD with both 0.85 and 0.86 something that I did not have a problem with in v 0.77. These would occur at random moments. However, this is now an enjoyable game. I felt I had to really work it, even towards the end.I had to balance my armies and heroes ensure that they were moving wit
What I mean is this. As of right now, tactical battles are much better then they ever were but the player still has a significant advantage in that we can position our units to pretty much always get a first strike on the enemy because the enemy will always try to reach us and we can just sit in a certain spot knowing we will be able to get a first strike. My suggestion is this. Have the AI prioritize having ranged units. If the ai has ranged units in their army (and I
anyone know how to do this>
I got a market i think on level up and whenever the queue is empty it gives me like plus 20% income, takes my income from 13 a turn to 21 a turn so its a big boost. I have two cities and not having much trouble with gold. No gold mines too. I don't have a huge army though. I have 4 units defending my 2 cities and 2 heroes and 5 units in my army (4 of those being 5 man groups and one just the normal 3 man)
I saw a caravan going from my city to the AI city so thats there. My own cities are still not trading though.
Okay I just got economics and the roads are being built just fine but my two cities are not trading with each other, what gives
Just built over a mercenary camp and can't see any options to build mercenaries. I built a outpost near it and it says it is tied to one of my cities which is a little far from it. I went to that city and tried to look for something to recruit mercs but see no options. How do you do it
I think I have economics though, pretty sure I do. I will have to check. Anyway to check when the roads will level up now? Also, no caravans traveling on the roads? I liked seeing the caravans traveling on the roads.
I understand we do not build caravans anymore and that roads come up organically but we don't even get some kind of caravan animation going on between cities? Also, how do we know when the roads will level up? How do we know which cities are trading? Because I looked at my capitol city and it said it was only trading with one city which was an AI city but meanwhile there were roads to a couple of my cities and they were not trading at all.
I don't think they can garrison units. I didn't even have garrisoned units because of gold issues although I could have built a couple.
I just upgraded from .75 to .77 so I don't know if that has anything to do with it. Started a new game and within like 100 turns or so (maybe a little more) 4 factions had already been killed by wandering monsters. I don't think that is supposed to be. I have the AI set to challenging and monsters set to moderate. It is ridiculous that one faction after another is getting wiped out by monsters. I think i am going to win the game without even doing anything.
It certainly is nothing to do with newer video cards, have an nvidia 580 with latest drivers and have no issue running the game. I have an i7 920 cpu with 10GB of ram and have only had maybe 1 crash since I started playing.
I cant possibly understand why people are complaining about the tech speeds. Are you doing something wrong>> I have no problem at all with getting techs very quickly in my opinion, I thought normal was just right for tech speeds.
I wouldn't mind that too but I doubt it will happen
Never once missed the notification that pops up for production finished. It is rather easy to see.
Come on, seriously> Crystals are for creating magical items and armor, you should have known that from WOM (should probably be added info about that somewhere though) They probably figured most people would just know it.
They are not going to change the building system. I doubt it would even be possible for them to do it with the way the game engine was developed. At least discuss things which are plausible.
Nothing on this>>>>
Playing my second game now, happened in the first and now in the second. I won't even come into contact with factions and they will declare war on me, doesn't matter if Kingdom or Empire. In my first game like 5 or 6 factions just declared war on me without even meeting me (Not in the same turn, but at random times) Second game, altar just declared war on me for no reason, didn't even meet me yet.
