Yeah. Kings Bounty is very different. You will need your brain to be working for Kings Bounty too, as it is a game where the success is in the details. Its the battles of Kings Bounty that really excells for me. Each move is vital, and a blunder can break your army like a dry twig. Kings Bounty is in my book a GREAT game, but not comparable to Elemental. Ther can never be bad timing for a new CIV game unless the timing is no new games :) If Elemen

On a more serious note I wonder about one thing concerning Impulse. I like the new Impulse TV and their "reviews" which ofcourse are ads, but still show some real gameplay. I got me thinking about how games are "chosen" for Impulse. Are there any kind of standards of quality that has to be applied to a game that is sold through Impulse? I am aware of multiple threads on this topic, but I havnt seen anyone having quite the same take on the problem as I have. So here goes: The reason city spamming is a good strategy is that more cities gives more production, control over more resources, more land and so on. This is standard 4X functionality. If CIV V require Steam, I will go into a huge personal crisis. I dropped Empire Total War due to Steam.

I have CIV IV as the best game ever on my subjective list, so I will be buying both Elemental and Civ V no matter what state they are in.

Macemen and longbowmen does not destroy any stack of tanks in CIV IV. If the units are undamaged we are talking about 99% chance of a win for the tank in every fight. So for 5 macemen to destroy 5 tanks you would need 10000000000 tries to make it happen or thereabouts.

Its friday and I am a bit slow. Its not on my impulse list of games to install (The Demigod demo is). What do I have to do?

I just removed a SupCom 2 picture as my desktop background realizing that this is a game I probably will never play. Connecting it to one game supplier in that way is not a good thing no matter how good or bad steam is.

Since I am a bit slow. Could someone confirm this. When SupCom 2 comes out I will need a steam account to install and play Single Player (I dont do multi). If I need Steam I am out of this game as well as many other ppl.

Its Sims3. No kidding. I was already losing faith in them (they give all the BIG games good scores), but this really just kills all credibility.

You have some fine reviews, but your scores are very high.. Are these games really that close to perfection?

I just wish some russian billionare would put money into a strategy game studio instead of wasting it on Chelsea or other soccer/football teams :(
