Here in Norway the system changed a couple of years ago. Now one has to logon to the system a second time when actually sending payments. That way its no use taking control over a logged-on user through Trojans, java script or whatever.
I will do a full uninstall, and manually delete everything left under mydocuments by Elemental. Then I can have a fresh install with less possibility for trouble.
Its (very) bad taste, but should not be illegal in my opinion.
@StevenAus - Didnt you just describe for example Elemental? Most games take heavy influence from other games. Nothing wrong with that. Especially if the original is old and no longer a living franchise. But they need to change the name ofcourse. For now its free and fun. I am in two games now :)
I have joined the beta of this game and its really fun. It plays more or less excactly like the original Warlords game, only in a web browser. Beta games are running and I am in my first game now. BTW, I am in no way connected to the makers of this game :)
I am really torn here. I hold CIV IV as the best game ever made, but I really dont want to get on the Steam bandwagon. I would think that they would make more money on full expansions than on some small DLC`s. I bought CIV IV + both expansions. Need a few DLC`s to make as much money as that on CIV V. I will not buy on release I guess, but will wait and see. There is also Kings Bounty Crossworlds and Elemental to play. What an interesting time for a strategy gamer :)

You attribute good components to Dell when it's really the manufacturers that should be credited. Dell though have great support.
I disagree. I dont care what manufactures should be credited. The point is that Dell buys good stuff from them and put it together. Your argument could be used on l

I wouldnt draw any conclusions until the actuall stuff i public, but it doesnt sound good. This Obama thing sounds like pure speculation and it sounds a bit hollow to me.
My PC experiences: 1. Local brand 1992-1996 - No problems, good computer 2. Dell 200 Mhz PC 1996-1999 - Not a bluescreen or a problem with hardware whatsoever. I payed a lot for that one and got a lot back 3. HP/Compac PC that I got from work. 1999-2003 Worst piece of hardware ever created. If it went into sleep mode only a hardboot could wake it up. CD/DVD drive never worked and had to be replaced. Lots of other problems. 4. 2003 - present day.
They could make a vampire porn sim and I still wouldnt buy. Make a real game instead :)
Battle Isle would be good :)
How about Gamestop in Europe?? I have a gamestop 10 kilometers from where I live (in Norway). But ofcourse I have Impulse preorder :)
Its nothing like HOOM. Its very hard, but also quite interesting. I hate time limits on missions though... The game is like Battle of Wesnoth, Battle Isle, Panzer Genral (got it now? :) )
I liked port royale. Might buy Commander: CotA when I get a new laptop. Thanks for the feedback
Title says it all. Has anyone tried this game yet?
I don't understand the rush to get this out before civ 5. The game is clearly not even close to ready.
1. The internal version at Stardock is a lot more developed than our Beta version according to a frog 2. There are two available timeslots at the stores that Stardock has ordered. August 2010 or Feb 2011. Thats why there is a rush. If they miss August, we have to wait until feb. A frog h
Hi there excellent ppl! I have bought and almost finished Defense Grid Gold. Its a great little gem and I wonder if there is any additional content planned for this game. Or even a sequel...
Battle Isle II ( I get my fix now through Advanced Wars on Nintendo DS)
Thank you for an informative review. Keep em coming. I am playing Defense Grid Gold at the moment. It has similarities in that the gameplay is simple (one might wish for more stuff to do), but still addictive.
If it said Total Annihilation 2 I would realllllly be excited [e digicons][/e] (yes I know about SupCom) I will have a look at player feedback on this game. Always interesting to watch. The reviewes will say 9.0 no matter how the game turns out. Thats the way it has become in this industry.
Um... It's your daughters DS... why are you playing on it? Go buy your own
I probably will eventually, but she goes to be at about 20:00 and then I can play a little. Since I also have a 10 month old boy, I have no time during the day to play DS. I have almost finished the campaigns on Clash of Heroes and Advanced Wars:Dual Strike. [e digicons]:borg:[/e] But th
Well, ppl are different. I always play marathon speen on CIV IV, and will do the slowest possible here too. This is not an RTS :)
I just got a second adwanced war game on an auction site. Will cost me about $18 including shipping. Not bad really.
