Pretty sure I had both. Will there be an autogenerated unit (as you get autogenerated new soldiers when you research new equipment)? I will play again. 1.4 seems actually to resemble a decent game :)

Chapter 5: Annoying shutdown Every time I do a computer shutdown, my laptop hangs some seconds on "Steam screenshot manager" or something similar. I am asked if I want to force close it, but it will go down after a few seconds by itself. This is annoying.
What do I need to produce units on wargs? I have them and I believe I chose a tech that concerned riding, but I cannot design or build any.
Good luck. I have a game in my head as well, but sofar I am too lazy to make it.
oh, I see now a subforum for wishlists. Please move my post over there admins. Or just ignore me...
I have said it before, and I will say it again. Why not copy from the best: KINGS BOUNTY has the best tactical battles there is. If it would be anywhere near that level we would be ecstatic :)

5. If you are punishing smaller nations, they could join together as one to try and stop you from eradicate them :)
I know its probably too late, but I have wished for similar things on the WOM forum as well. Trying to do an inception and plant an idea in the mind of the Frog. I want a living VERY dangerous world. I like to be beaten (ingame, not in life in general). When I finally win a game it will feel like an achievement. Therefore I always set the game so that I will be holding on for my dear life. 1. I want mercenaries (pretty please with sugar on top). I
But then howcome Steam and Gamersgate are easily overcoming these country restrictions? I get my games from other soruces than Impluse. They are the only ones failing to get worldwide access it seems. I know its fashionable not to like americans, but what the he... :p
Kings Bounty and CIV IV :)
Hi I have noticed that I use Impulse less and less when looking for interesting games to play. I like strategy, some rpg and tower defense games. The problem is that everything is US centric. I know that the world is divided into distribution zones and that sometimes make it difficult when negotiating deals for Stardock(Gamestop now I guess). What I cannot phantom is why Gamersgate (Swedish?) can give me everything, but Impulse next to nothing? To
I have a one year old Asus G73JW. That is a serious gaming laptop. If there is a new and updated version of this I will strongly reccomend it. I just love my machine. I got it for work, but I do some gaming as well. Its got the GForce 460M.
I will give it an honest try. If it doesnt turn out well, its back to Kings Bounty, Football Manager or whatnot. I am rather difficult to please, so there is a limited number of games that I like to play.
I was a MOO3 junkie as well, until the game was released. Biggest disappointment ever. I really tried to like it.... On par with the new Star Wars movies. There is no excuse fore those....
Chapter 3: Online Mode Went to my parents cottage last monday. Did not set Steam to offline mode before I went. When I came to the cottage with no Internet connection, Steam asked to start in offline mode. Football Manager worked just fine. Once does not have to be online to switch mode. At least not for Football Manager. Thats good. Chapter 4: Civ V Civ IV is my favorite game ever and Civ V was gonna be the game to make me try Steam. After reading count
They tried to buy the rights to the game. The code would be old and not useful today. I am a programmer myself although that doesnt make me an expert in all code :) I would be extremely surprised if the could use the code for much. MOM was a great game, but rather simplistic in many ways by todays standards. There were no advanced AI to copy or super economic formulas in this game. If they would remake the game (like Sid Meiers Pirates) to be almost an excact copy, they would
They didnt buy the code. Its useless today. They will learn more from playing the game. :)
On a non related note. Today is Norways 9/11 :( Horrible stuff has happned in Oslo...
Small udate Fotball Manager is running fine for now. Will test offline functionality when I have the time. I wonder if I have to be online to set offline mode. Have heard it both ways on forums.
MOO II is the second best game I have ever played (shared with Total Annihilation). Only topped by CIV IV. Therefore I agree on the number one spot :)
I agree Tridus.
Take a look at Kings Bounty and the Phoenix and Fire dragon summons. Only one (of each) can be in the battle at one time. They are only summoned and last for the current battle. The Phoenix will wake up to life the round after it is killed if possible (noone is occupying the space). This wake up happen only once. The Fire dragon will damage units in the cells adjacent to where it is summoned. The first time its hitpoints reaches 0, it is reset to 1 hitpoint. That means that the enemy must was
I have finally decieded to try Steam and log my experiences here. I have been a part in many principal discussions about Steam, but now its time to tame the beast. Just to state my personal feelings before I start. I like to buy games online and have used Impulse and Gamersgate quite a lot. I dont like games made exclusively for a single platform, and I dont like being forced to be online to play. Some times I travel to places with no connectivity, like my parents cotta
They should just copy or buy the tactical battles from Kings Bounty :d Best there is :)
