I have 64 bit Win 7. I nomally am quite difficult to please and buy only a few quality games. 64bit or not does not matter to me. Last few years I have liked Kings Bounty, CIV IV, Skyrim and Defense Grid Gold.

Offline mode is a JOKE. I was waiting for my car to fixed, and turned on my laptop with no internett connection. I could not play Skyrim or Football Manager 2011. Steam would not switch to offline mode for some reason ( I am pretty sure I have played FM 2011 offline before).

It makes me sad to see the state of EWOM, Stronghold 3 and Sword of the Stars II at release. I might buy SotS later after much patching and at a reduced price. If it was a quality release, I would gladly buy at full price. Anyways, I am among those who bought EOWM in 2010 and hopefully I will love FE. :) I am looking for a GAME and not fancy graphics, intros and such. Replayability, ramdomization and fun is what I want. There still is some hope for the future: Fallen En

I dont buy games before release. I wait a few days and see what happens. Recent examples of games that I havent bought on release (that I consider buying later) are Heroes VI (buggy), Sword of the Stars II (buggy and incomplete), Dawn of Magic (MMO done differently, but not well) and Stronghold 3 (buggy). I expect bugs in games, and can live with some patching. Recently I think that many games have been unplayable on release, so now I am wary. I W

I just picked up this game again yesterday. Its rather frustrating for me still. 1. I researched some torpedotech, but could not fit any into my new designs. I figured they were too big and researched cruisers. Still no option to fit in any torpedoes. What am I missing? 2. Then I went for some nuclear missile head tech. Still I could only chose "Missiles" in ship designer. Have these missiles just become better or should there be some nuclar missi

Warbarons are only against other players. I am in about 10 games at a time. Normally each player have up to 24 hours to finish his turn. Every day I do about 5 turns in different games.

This is a nasty spell cast on the world map. It will randomly create more and stronger monsters, making the wilderness more difficult to handle. Perfect for a sovereign that has good defensive control, but wants to give other empires more to handle. It will slow down the expansion of others. Also nice if you have run out of wilderness and are surrounded by other players (they have wilderness at their opposite borders).

This spell is cast on the world map, and is like all my ideas an expensive one :) Magic power stops the rain in enemy territory and the harvest fails. Enemy loose a percentage of population for 3 turns. The percentage is influenced on casters intelligence. Ofcouse this should be a low percentage, but enough to make the enemy feel it :)

The spell is cast on the world map. A potion of magic is given to all units belonging to the player. All units have increased health (hitpoints). The amount is 10% of the casters intelligence rounded down. This will normally be 1-3 hitpoins. (May need some balancing this one, but my point should be clear). This should be rather expensive manawise, but would be a way for a spell-focused player to get some more ooomph in his/her forces.

This spell is cast on the world map. It will make one npc come forward and offer himself for a certain amount of gold. The level of the NPC is dependant of the level of the caster.

This is a spell cast on the world map. The spell will create an army in enemy territory (must have war status to cast). This army will start attacking the chosen faction and continue until it (the summoned army) is dead (or in extreme cases until the enemy faction is no more). Size of the army is based on the casters intelligence. This would be an expensive spell, but its not a spell to end the game. The point of the spell is to force the enemy to divert attention to a new threat and the

You seem to be on the same page as most others who are reporting about the game. Basically the consensus is "move on, nothing to see here"

I tried the latest version a few days back, and now I am actually a little hooked. I have no crashes, there is a balance to strike between materials, money, mana and such and monsters are pretty tough.

This makes me sad as you are missing out on a GREAT game. I have had very few problems with Kings Bounty and I have played all versions a lot. By the way. There will be a new Kings Bounty early 2012 (based on the same engine, not Kings Bounty 2). Its called Warriors of the North. I will buy this for sure.
