Good luck to all that try!! Sometimes I wish that more of these ppl joined together to get more resources and get one great game instead of a bunch of indies. Anyways, I will keep an eye on it.

When I get the choice between a building giving +25% research bonus when idle or a +1 research pr turn building, its a pretty difficult calculation. I just dont like the concept. I think we have to agree to disagree.

In a game of balancing priorities, I find the concept of +something when idle is rather hopeless. If a city is being idle and run out of stuff to do, I think that the game dont have enough buildings, resources, units or whatever to produce. I dont want to calculate in my head how much research I miss the next 5 turns(+25% research when idle), cause I want to make a pioneer. Its quite hard to track these effects too, without going into the city and look at the buildings. I just f

There is some balancing to be done. I think they should increase the benefits more than reduce the build cost. Its important that you have to prioritize and that you cannot build everything.

Go to Hard difficulty and set Monsters to dense. It helps a bit, but the world will still be a bit quiet (except for wolves and mites everywhere)

I will believe this when I see it. I have a suspicion that they will have other "features" that will require connectivity, but not be classified as DRM. Only time will tell.

Usually when this occurs, you will find a unit running in place somewhere. Click this unit and give new move orders, and this should clear up the problem. Needs to be fixed before release.

I totally agree in the direction you are going. Only wish vanilla game was heading there too. At least with a gameslider where you could set monster toughness/aggressivenes for your game.

I play on Hard with Dense monsters. I would expect the world to be dangerous on those settings.

I have started getting crashes in tactical combat, and have reported them. Apart from that I mostly like 0952. The biggest problem now is that the world is too tame for me. There is no risk to expansion anymore. You dont have to fight the wild to expand, just slap some mites and wolves.

Crash in tactical combat. http://dl.dropbox.com/u/8523102/debug%20(2).err I have had many crashes lately, and I have now found a way to provoke it. If I cast wither on something weak (a wolf) then the game will crash each time. I believe that this has been fixed in an internal build according to another post here.

I just watched the Resoln video. There were no monsters threatening at all. The world has gone to sleep as users have complained about being beaten up. The frog has nerfed them totally.

The game is already proving to be fun. My advice is to buy it. Its in a very playable state already.
