It might not be a bad idea if they dropped the gold on kill a bit and raised it on creep kills a bit. There's all kinds of threads with people bitching about once you start dying it's a quick train to facerollville. If the kills weren't rewarded quite as heavily and creep killing was rewarded a bit more it gives people the option of just farming creeps and staying out of trouble if they start feeding, or if someone on your team is feeding their team you can farm creeps to try and get some ite

Meh, I never have a problem with it because when I do play her I play her as support. Same thing goes with someone like Omniknight in DotA. People play him as a hero killer but if you play him as a support class you have a higher chance of winning because you're a force multiplier. Plus you can get a ton of kills without even trying.

Well, seeing as this is the forum that comes up from the official page of the game this is kind of where people are going to gravitate to talk or complain about things. People aren't going to go someplace else to gripe so really, for better or worse this is basically the official forums for the entire game. If you're going to run 2 forums for the same game things are going to get messy in a hurry.

Well, if an item effected spells wouldn't it also effect snipe and then you just gave yourself the same problem? I don't think its necessarily a bad thing to have different heroes shine at different stages of the game. The crits can get a bit out of hand. But like others have said if it gets to that point it's going to be a wrap anyways.

Not an exploit. Think the item decision (ie: helm, bp, boots) has more to do with trying to lump them into categories than anything else. Boots = run speed, helm = mana, etc.

This just got put into DotA recently and it's overall a good feature. When a game goes from 5v5 to 5v3 in the blink of an eye it's nice to have someone switch and make it a 4v4 again.
