I selected both the Dragon resource and the Shrill resource and bought them (200 gildar each). Much later, I got a message that both of them had been built. but when I clicked on the Dragon Roost and Shrill tile, they did not indicate to which city they belonged (they indicated that they were built tho). They also were both in my sphere of influence (settlement). I am certain that it was a bug. I had to restart the game since 400 gildar was a lot at the time.&nbs

That makes no sense. I was allowed to build on them and spent 200 gildar for each race with no warning. And yes, the Dragon roost and Shrills are at the edge of the influence of my city. But it should make no difference. Plus this should be a bug...

I created a Dragon Roost by paying 200 gildar. Once built it does not give me access to Dragons. I click on the Dragon Roost and it only says that it is a Dragon Roost. It does not identify to which city it belongs. I have the exact same problem with the Shrills. However, it works well with the Spiders and the 3rd Race (sorry, can't remember the name) production.

By chance, I got a third child (and later a fourth) and the bug automatically fixed itself. Annoying, but I guess they'll fix it when they get a chance. Thanks for replying!

Under the Dynasty Tech, I have 2 children. Both images appear superimposed over my Sovereign image making it almost impossible to get the age (all info for that matter) concerning the children. I have to click randomly over the image to eventually get one person/sovereign/child.

Thank you very much! I misunderstood the meaning. I will disable it. This is not a bug then.

When in cloth map mode (Zooming out). I press ESCape to save or change option. Then I continue the game, my map is all messed up. The only things I can see are my troops and the terrain. To fix this, I must zoom in. Then I can zoom out again to see the cloth map. But I must redo it all every time I save. And I save at every move in case I make a mistake or I run into a bug.

My Research Technology level in the "Adventure" area is 5. I think I should be able to access them? Otherwise, what must I do to access them? I cannot even access the level 2 quest. It says that I am level 1. I know that I have researched the "Quest" level. What am i doing wrong? For example: A Glowing Green Quest Tile: It says: Notable Location level: 3 Your Level: 1 ---------------- I am certain I have
Well, if you don't like it it isn't. I have it turned off, this way everyone has his/her own color, much easier (for me).
I thought that if I selected "Smart Player Colors", then everyone would have their own color. Otherwise, what is the use for this function? I am confused...

I did toggle on the "Smart Player Colors" (used the X in the square). Is this the correct setting?

Then shouldn't your damaged units heal a portion of the damage if you loose units? Or at least shouldn't the units heal faster inside the cities? Or maybe there should be a Civilization (Research Technology) building that could be used to heal units faster?

It does not bother me in the least. But I want to help in finding bugs in "Elemental: War of Magic" and getting the game in a solid mode. Then I can get my friends to buy it and play it in multiplayer mode. I'm not saying I have that many friends who wish to play it, but there are a few. There is that and the fact that I am in love with this game. Thank you for a quick response! [e digicons]:')[/e]

Once my troops are wounded (lets say a Party - 4 units), if I keep them outside of my settlements to heal, they eventually heal at full capacity over a long period of time. But if I store them inside a settlement, the party will often go from 4 to 3 or 2 or 1 unit (plus it will also take the same amount of time to heal). This is very disturbing since they have accumulated a lot of experience (high hit points).

At the beginning of the game, I noticed that I was the Blue player and the available adventures (NPCs that can be bought) were Yellow. To my dismay, I soon found out that my neighbor was also Yellow. Once we were at war, he turned Red (my neighbor that is). Would it be possible to change the color of the NPCs (Adventurers that can be purchased)?

I find it difficult to see the important land marks and quests (especially on the cloth map) when all of the old quests remain on the map. It would be a lot easier if they disappeared from the map after the quest is over.

At one point in time (sorry, I forgot to check the turn number - but it was at the beginning of the game), about 30 to 35 quests and chests appeared at random all over the map. They all stated that I was level 1 and that I needed to be level 3 or 4 to unlock/access them (there were many within my territory - no one but myself could reach them). Eventually, I arose to level 10 and still could not access them. They still said that I was only level 1.

Once I have destroyed an enemy (I am Tarth - custom made Sovereign of course). The cities that I have conquered physically look like my enemy cities. However, I can still build and create my armies with them. I can also increase the level on those settlements. The problem arises when I reach the Town level. The computer says that I need 500 population to reach the next level (for my own town it is only 400 pop.). The problem is that I can build as many Huts

Once I decide to go back to the main menu, after choosing to reload a game where I have made a bad tactical move, I choose the load game menu option. From there on, the special effect sound no longer works (example: mouse clicks, spells in combat, and combat move and attacks to mention a few).

When I first load "Elemental: War of Magic" and arrive at the main menu, my mouse pointer get stuck at the top my screen. To regain control, I must left click. Then the game automatically minimizes. Then I must click on the game icon on the task bar and I am once more found at the main menu and all works normally.

I have reached Chapter III of the Campaign. I have 2 cities and still cannot build a Study. I have not yet found a hero that will help me build a Study. I cannot make any research whatsoever. Is this normal?

Question: What does the helmet on the bottom right of the creature cards mean?

I started a random map with a custom character (His name is Dymon Soulreaper). When leveling up to 2nd level, the red font text of Level 2 appears a little superimposed on top of the last name (Soulreaper) of my character.
