I am NOT a Beta tester and I HAVE received my e-mail charging me for the game and it has the serial number of the game included in it. Plus I have downloaded 69% of the game. I have ordered in mid-July.

I tried to upload a picture of my avatar to my account but I get the following error: "Upload Error code: 200 message: 500 The upload will now be canceled, please try again." I thought it might be my image, so I downloaded someone else avatar in this Forum and tried to upload it as my avatar. I ended up with the same error. Am I doing something wrong?
