No one ever said that everyone who is unemployed is a leech. The claim was nearly early troll is a loser in reality. Much depends on what you define as a troll. A troll is not someone who disagrees with you, or even someone who hates you if they believe you did something wrong. I define troll is someone who starts crap on the internet for their own personal pleasure. That said, sometimes hatred can turn someone into a troll.
Having a developer friend who is dealing with the same hate mobs myself, and it's something that is entirely not her decision on top of that. I'm very angry about it right now.
Glad to see you're considering other platforms- I don't own a smartphone (I would if I needed one, but I don't) That first game does look interesting and something I would buy on PC if it got good reviews.
They've probably been working on GalCiv 3 for months now. Star Control may not have even started yet. Also, Brad said 5 years from Twilight would be about the right timeframe for GC3- it's been close to that.
I enjoyed FE and LH, but I'm ready for GCIII now.
It's Pariden not Mancer. It does work.
The biggest problem game devs face is the tabloidizatiin of the gaming media. They profit from creating misery.
Most game journos would say they have pressure to do from the outside. They don't really have that much independence. It's really hard to make a living in gaming journalism.
THat list posted- many of the things on there are what I've wanted for years.
I think next month is the anniversary of GalCiv, and Brad had said pretty much that a new game announcement is coming soon. Also, the reasons SD went Steamworks are resource-related, so I don't expect that to change. (They said, doing FE Steamworks and non-Steamworks cost them a good bit of time, and Steam was the majority of sales, despite Stardock building up their base non-Steam for a decade) Realistically, given the above- it's v
I think for TBS you need modding to make MP successful. Modding is needed sometimes to fix MP exploits. See the AOW:SM 1.4 patches.
The military is like that, with worse requirements. Leads to folks either writing it down, or forgetting it and using a reset every time.
Noticed the AI often doesn't attack my settlements either, even when it would win easily. This isn't an AI cheat as much as it is part of the game's design to me.
Well-deserved and congrats.
I think that's scheduled for a future patch. It is something that needs to be fixed for the sake of immersion.
i wouldn't mind a "camp" DLC- with all sorts of campy items like chakrams, Magical School Uniforms, quest to learn a "Slag Slave" spell, and all sorts of campy items, but I suspect you'd end up getting sued for it.
$10/hr is high for slave wages, it's usually 8 at most.
That first one looks very Last of Us. Third one looks like a big tech tree.
This is one area I agree on, I'd like to see some content in my DLC. Stardock DLC has been kinda content-light in general- not enough map stamps in the map pack, would like to see more toys in the loot packs.

This is why income inequality is bad- it's a snowballing effect- poverty is one of the most expensive things out there. Where do you think the friend got the money from? The bar fairy? Most people do not win the lottery and open a bar. They cre
Do you have issues with the pony as well? Fortunately for us, he and I found out that day that our Colonel had a sense of humor. The Colonel couldn't keep a straight face as he tried to chew us out. I tend to ignore the summoning part of the game myself, though I might not in different circumstances, or if it was optimal to lvl up a 2nd hero. Fantasy games tend to be 10 times as tough to make an AI for than space games due to terrain, spells, and other factors.

Shouldn't that merit a bunch of $20-$40 an hour employees? Surely it should, however the majority of his workforce are under $10 an hour. Pathetic. So what is to prevent these employees from opening their own bar, and paying those wages? They surely would skim off the cream of the crop (who would not want to work for 2
Just because a problem is accepted doesn't make it acceptable. Just look at some of the crap Brad says he has had to deal with over the last decade (including death threats with some details)
I know- this seemed to be independent of this , as the icon changed from the "no one there icon" to "you can't shoot him" icon.
