Still think my solution to this is the simplest Backpack= +2 trinket room (for a net +1) This is already a general skill.

I've seen these bugs as well, I can verify all of them.
Known bug, they've tried working on it for over a year. Maybe some hard coding not allowing the AI to buy armor for a character that already has it?
Spell tiers should power up certain spells. For the Mage tree, it should be Pyromancy/Aqua/Aero/Geo to unlock spells, and should require 2/3/4/5. Fire/water/air/earth for elemental unlocking- having higher mastery unlocks more summons, should be one summon for lvls 2/3/4/5. Life/death should have their own rules. (if I had my way, I'd get rid of life/death differences entirely- never liked it)
Ghibli is pretty awesome. That said, Japan is having trouble due to outsourcing of Animation- they've lost their "manufacturing base" as it has been outsourced to Korea. Also, the animation industry in Japan is beyond brutal. It's worse than minimum wage in the US for most workers. Even your average published manga artist has to work a day job to make ends meet.
The same company that ownd GOG owns Witcher 2, thats why you see it there.
Giana Sisters, which is fairly new, also made GOG. AOW3 will as well. You won't see many new games on GOG, but if you could just combine GOG and Desura, you'd get what I wanted Impulse to be, and what it showed signs of being before the Gamestop sale. It's not the fault of the Impulse team
Quoting Alstein, reply 4I thought it was a bad idea how it was done in FE, in LH it's so much worse. XP split needs to go away. The XP split did go away....and then everyone immediately started playing with a stack of doom that self perpetuated because of how fame and questing operated. Was no fun. They readded XP split back in. It needs to be th
Horses really need to be pared down. No problems with the resource being frequent, but it should be .1 horse/turn normally, .25 with the advanced building, and it should require animal husbandry before warg riding.
End game, main point of my heroes is spells such as haste/slow/heal, commanders for command, and unrest reducers. That's it. There's no point in bothering with warrior or assassin tree period, or really even defender.
I'd second the replacement of armor pieces with full suits for normal units. Champs should remain as is- but I do think encumberance should come back for champs.
I don't like limiting classes to certain armor. Better idea would be to increase the init penalties, but give warriors and defenders an init bonus for wearing the armor.
I agree that an overhaul would solve most of the current problems with encumberance. The idea just needs to be more thought out, it's not bad.
Maybe a mage skill should reduce cooldowns.
Given that Stardock advertised this on their own twitter- I think they got permission.
The downside to that city is you can't specialize it. So no fortress/conclave/town.
I like the above idea. (Light/Medium/Heavy would work) Things like the Stone Mace should be Heaviest Things like Pikes, Burning Battle Axes should be Medium (alongside most shields) Broadsword, Spear, Hand Axe would be light. Daggers and Staff would be none Maybe an Earth Spell could give the ability to wield heavier weapons.
They didn't dump the hero split, but some monsters give way too little xp these days, or hero split needs to end, or some combination of both.
True for other abilities as well. Those abilities should be separate traits not part of any tree.
Quoting GFireflyE, reply 4 First off, I really appriciate that Stardock has felt it necessary to share it's private successes and failures with the public. I have a few things that I took note of: I find it interesting how Brad has acclaimed 90% of their sales to steam. Obviously, if you release products that are steam-only, than the % will be weighted in that direction. Only way that stat would be useful is i
Masterwork chain should count as chain, Light plate should count as plate, and Gildar should be able to choose between chain/light plate. Maybe GIldar should get masterwork plate instead. I'd like to see masterwork leather for all factions as well late in the tree, or dragon hide armor.
maybe LH didn't shut down properly, that's a known bug.
enchanted backpack is +1 init. I'd suggest changing that to +2 accessories that can be carried (for a net +1) You made a good point on the mace: my suggestion would be to make some heavy weapons require chain mastery or even plate mastery Another idea: for non-hero troops, why not just get rid of individual pieces of armor, and just go leather/chain/plate? I have to agree overall I'm not currentl
I've decided already- encumbrance system for FE needs work when it comes to champs. It's kinda dull to not be able to wear armor. Leather/Chain/Plate mastery for heroes should reduce init penalty (though I don't see anyone picking it), Init penalties for heavier armors should be higher. I can't see anyone wasting a level point to wear heavier armor, when high-lvl abilities give more, so many armors will end up goi
Maybe at lvl 25 or so, a general trait option that is repeatable should be a free Destiny's Gift? Solves the problem.
I think the tentacle artists these days are too busy working for Lab Zero.
