more ideas for rangers: forage: 50% chance +8hp/trn healing (maybe limit to when not in a city), can also forage in tactical battle to get a chicken that heals the same amount (with a cooldown) wilderness pathway: movement increase in woods (-1 movement cost for 1st move in a turn might be best way to do this) great hunt path: damage bonus vs beasts and dragons hunters instinct path: +accuracy/+crit bear call: non-magical call of the wild

One idea: arrow upgrades: like fletching for +damage maybe elemental arrows that give bonus damage per shard.
I think there is an issue, based on the fighting game genre and what is popular. Competitive gaming in general. It makes economic sense though- people don't want to have negative rewards when they're gaming. Losing is only fun in Dredmor on hard difficulty ^_^.
Suggestion: instead of 1/N , why not 2/N+1 where N=number of heroes Maybe certain techs could reduce the penalty as well? (bring back the quest line of techs, and have the quest line reduce the XP penalty, or allow for greater hero stacking without penalty?)
For assassins, here's my idea, give them the ability to "sacrifice" a dagger and gain its stat bonuses. You find plenty of daggers, but they rarely last to the endgame. Maybe in return, limit shields to warriors/defenders/commanders.
Personally, what I'd want done: defund and dissolve the TSA- let individual airports decide security. Require warrants for any snooping of Americans or potential Americans. Allow exception only from a judge in case of actionable medium-term or less threat to commit a major criminal act. For citizens to refuse to convict based on these laws as they are unconsitutional. If citizenry refuses to convict on laws, eventually they'll s
As for Mimbly and the AI, maybe Mimbly should be a random event for the AI?
I think warriors should have less attack from the Lethal traits, and instead get an overpower type trait later in the tree somewhere. Would make them worse in early game, better in late game.
Decimate is a weak overpower. Lethal needs to be a +% damage bonus, maybe +40/+30/+30 As for assassins, they need +1 dodge/lvl, +1% crit chance per level, and a trait or bonu
The fundamental AI issue is well, the way Brad plays is too predictable,so you can always build up patiently. (Brad's AI skills are fine, it's the overall strategy that the AI uses every time that makes it predictable, and predictable AI ends up easy) I think if the AI would effectively rush you down more it would be more of a challenge. What I would do is have a random variable that determines how the AI would act, influenced by sov
I wouldn't mind some more detail in battles in a GalCiv 3, but I don't want actual control during fights outside of setting targets.
Urxen because they're Tarth without rebels and a synergy with pumping out more troops.
Did this just go live, I see steam downloaded something?
Guessing another beta patch.
Simply put- the economic model of the 1950s just does not work for modern society with its multinational corporations, reduced American competitive advantage , weaker unionization, and increased automation. All of those things are vast disadvantages for the non-capital class. The labor market will fail when the value of most people's labor reaches amounts insufficient for them to live on.
I agree also with this. Caravans are a relic of the GalCiv2 ideas War of Magic started with.
GalCiv 3 Elemental world RPG FFH 3 Society my guesses.
Looked interesting but it is subscription software? Eeek, I pass on that model. I do not relish the idea of stopping the yearly toll and the software breaks.
If you stop the subscription you get to keep what you downloaded- they don't brick it. You can also purchase stand-alone. I am concerned some about the future of Windows as an OS, I could see them potentially
4 games in development? Hope we hear something soon. Next year I'll really need some PC games.
I would buy the next one myself, provided at least some of the things I've mentioned as needed get worked on. (Faction/hero differentiation)
This has to be fixed. Too easy an exploit.
Salt the Earth will help some with mop-up.
Hunter should give food when you kill beasts for your nearest city or capital. That might power it up. Banditlord- might be nice if it improved loot rolls/gave better chance of loot Adventurer- maybe it should allow a 10% chance of being able to pick 2 traits on all your champs when you level up? I wonder if anyone has tried warrior+decimate+high init as an anti-army unit. That's an exper
Mausolos isn't useless. Free Death Ward every battle is nothing to sneeze at. I do agree on the henchman change though for the reason you mentioned- gives extra value to these heroes.
It's a Steam issue. It's aggravated by the fact FE doesn't always shut down properly, or takes a long time to do, but it is an issue with other Steam games.
From what I've understood, there is a "Secret project" that will be announced this year, but another expansion to LH is possible.
What is really needed is better damage spells that you earn at higher magic levels- such as lvl 4 or 5. Imagine if you have a superior flame dart at Fire Master that did slightly more damage and didn't have the cooldown.
