I'd posted about this in a different part of the forum and was asked to bring it to the Devs attention, so here's my idea in its own thread..
Stardock really needs to address a more coherent way to visually choose Trait Paths as installing an optional TraitPathChoiceWnd.dxpack isn't going to cut it when you have multiple Path Mods installed.
I'd suggest a Wheel/Spoke method, so that when a new Path Mod is installed it just adds an incremental spoke to the Wheel. There could be a Preview Panel off to the side to display the current humungous tiles that give information about the Path highlighted.
If a wheel becomes maxxed out on Trait Paths, the Center of the wheel will show as split with a More/Back option. Actually, that could probably be the default. Only downside I can think of is that Modders would have no control as to the position of their Path in the wheel. A small sacrifice to pay for a more functional system.
Another option would require Modders to denote their Path as a Subpath to one of the core Paths. The Mod Path would then show as satellites around that core Path becoming viewable when that core path is Highlighted.
