[1.20]Constant crash mainly during loading

It seems OK at first. I can play normally, saving and loading multiple times.

But after playing a while(about 20~30 min), game becomes a little slower, and wierd symptoms happen.

Missing portraits(unit, city, etc.) is a major symptom.

Beside that, water tiles disappear, spell book becomes transparent, tactical battleground becomes black...and so on.

After those symptoms appear, game crashes EVERYTIME I try to load a saved file.

If I avoid loading, I can play a little longer, but it crashes eventually at any time.

So I can't focus on playing this game...keep crashing and losing progress.

Here is my computer setting. Do I need more ram or something?

AMD Phenom ll X3 710, 3G ram(ddr3), Radeon HD 4770(512MB), Samsung SSD 840pro 256G, 650W power, 27' monitor(1920X1080)

It does sound like you are running out of memory. You don't say if you are running 64bit or not (though with 3Gb it doesn't make much difference). You may want to try the following:

1. Close other apps (these can use a considerable amount of your memory). My memory hog at the moment is Jing which can go from using 100meg to 1.5 Gb if I leave my computer running for several days straight (which I frequently do).

2. Don't leave your computer running for several days straight (don't be like me). This isn't anything specific to LH, but will help keep memory leaks from everything else that is running on your computer under wraps.

3. Increased your amount of memory.

4. Disable Pedestrians in your game options.

5. Play on smaller Maps (the scenario map and Huge maps are massive), I wouldn't expect you to have problems with Large and smaller maps.
