[.91] A couple of minor nits with the Tutorial

I was glad to see that the tutorial had been redone for LH so that it shows the new hero system.

A couple of minor nits, which might not be worth it to fix:

1) A couple of the videos show tiles with 4/4/3 yields, which I believe is too high for the current tile cap (isn't it set to 9 now?)

2) The video showing the tech tree shows an old tree, with at least one obsolete tech (Recruiting).
