When you succeed the quest Moriah's Lost Spell Book, the text indicates that you've earned 2 spells, Mana Blast and Mana Shield.
Well, Mana Blast indeed appears in your Spell Book after that, but not Mana Shield (too bad cause it seemed deadly interesting according to the description).
