This has been a bug for awhile on my system. The life master icon is just not displaying correctly. I see the icon in gfx looks alright, but it is not showing up correctly.
I'm not sure what is going on here, but I can fix it by just renaming the file and adjusting the parameters in the ability to point to the renamed file and it will show up correctly. Not sure about the problem (The only other file named Ability_LifeMaster_Icon.png on my computer is in the FallenEnchantress directory).
