It's been long time, I forgot where I mod what item to be sold and not to be sold in shop, I did something like this in .912 but it's been long time I can't recall or memory what file I do mod, do anyone know what name of file I mod it?

attach it to the appropriate improvement that unlocks the shop item as long as you have that building in the city.
Other than the above, all items unlocked from a tech end up in the shop. Set a negative shopvalue to keep it out.
