I do not know what queue to which you refer. I do suggest that you check your e-mail for a receipt of the purchase. I assume that you purchased this game with a credit card, and you should check there to see if a transaction actually took place.
If you have been charged and you have a receipt but have no game in the download section there, then send stardock support an e-mail telling them directly the situation. They should resolve you issue relatively quickly.
