I purchased the beta, then logged into my email and realized i forgot to register my account here before making the purchase, and no information shows up - how long is this "queue" and why does it exist?
There isn't any queue. Log in, go to the Dowloads page, and download the beta. Install, and that's it.

When i made my purchase, i was told i had to wait in some queue. I logged in, went to downloads page and nothing is there - nothing! not even acknowledgement that i made a purchase! The page is empty, the only thing for download is some program called Stardock Central which when installed and run, has NOTHING inside it. how do i use the game???

This is my downloads page, as you can see it doesn't even know i bought the game...
Try this. Go to https://www.elementalgame.com/.
Click Games/Fallen Enchantress.
Click Downloads.
Now, either it should either ask you to login, or offer a button to download.
What do you get?
I get nothing. When i click downloads, it asks me to download Stardock Central, so i installed that, and the program is empty. I am already logged in, and the download button just gives me Stardock Central - which itself has nothing in it. It looks like all stardock software is distributed through this client but i have no new software or available updates.
This is why i am so confused.

I do not know what queue to which you refer. I do suggest that you check your e-mail for a receipt of the purchase. I assume that you purchased this game with a credit card, and you should check there to see if a transaction actually took place.
If you have been charged and you have a receipt but have no game in the download section there, then send stardock support an e-mail telling them directly the situation. They should resolve you issue relatively quickly.
At this point, I have to agree with Parrotmath. If no registrations are found on the www.elementalgame.com site (*not* stardock.com), then your best recourse is Stardock Support. As you have proof of purchase, the matter should be resolved pretty quickly.
