As the title suggests, sometimes the command action bar doesn't display when its a unit's turn in combat. I have no choice but to press the space bar to skip that unit's turn.
Seen this too, no known cause to me.

I think I've only noticed it when there are lots of troops on the field. Possibly when I have multiple spell casters.
This always happens to me if someone casts a fear on me, and even if i resist it my champs are too afraid to use their action bar
I have seen it with 4 on the field.
Edit: Might still be 2 casters
I don't know if it is a cause, but I have seen this happen when I have unit details window open.
