I am mid-way into a new game with 0.95. One one of my turns where i did many things including fighting a battle and building a few buildings/resources, I also took a newly constructed pioneer and moved it next to a fire shard and built an outpost. I immedialtley queued up a consolate in the nearby city.

Then later in the turn I went to a pioneer that had been moving towards its destination. I told it to build an outpost and then realized I meant to create a city. I reloaded the auto-save from the beginning of the turn to do it the way I intended and noticed that the newly built pioneer was nowhere to be found. Its not going to cost me the game this time but please look into this issue further if you get any other reports. 

I don't have any important details and now when I reload the pioneer is gone so I don't know if there is a point in giving you my save files.
