Go 3 more turns and on the 4th game crashes every time no matter what different actions were tried in the turns before the crash to try to change the outcome; in the turn that causes the issue, it seems that also going into the menu to try to save the game will crash it as this is the reason why I haven't been able to save just before the crash - all the associated files (save, debug.err and zip from ProgramData are zipped together and the link is presented above and below).
