There are two apiaries feeding this city. One was feeding a different city previously, but that city is now owned by someone else.
I noticed that issue as well when I had 2 clay pits feeding into one city; the second pit isn't properly displayed in the mouseover. It'll need to get fixed eventually, but the important thing is your city receives the correct bonus.
I think this is mainly a bug with the "x2" thing showing up. I've noticed that it does it sometimes, but not others. Maybe it only works on some type of improvements?
